Earth, what we humans depend on for our very survival, and humanity are drowning in serious problems from the obesity epidemic, systemic health issues, and unaffordable healthcare to climate change, rising oceans, and a heavily polluted environment to white privilege, racism, genderism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination to wealth inequality and economic, executive, legislative, judicial, and political woes and corruption and the like. Real change starts with each individual person by searching within and improving and bettering oneself and life.

Based on true events, the Over Privileged White Guy book is written in a non-traditional novel format as an interview dialogue that addresses these serious diverse problems with clear ideas and solutions for moving humanity forward into a truly healthy, balanced, fair, sustainable future.

The Over Privileged White Guy book approaches things from a unique spiritual and scientific point of view through the concept of the spiritual scientist/soul science to improve and better myself/your life. The conversation explores how the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of being human affect each individual person and humanity as a whole. I found much of this book interesting: the interconnectedness of physicality and spirituality and the fact that different body types have different capabilities, for example. However, I found myself hoping that the research so often mentioned in the book was backed up with evidence by quoting studies (with footnotes) or describing in detail tests that were replicable with many different test subjects. This feels like a half-formed theory, and it could use further developing.

Part of the Review negatively critiqued the supposed lack of evidence and footnotes, etc. for the research to date. That only shows the reader did not understand what the book was really about — what they actually read — nor did they take to the time to really understand. The reader intimated that if there were footnotes and other places for her to read more about the research and evidence and facts, she would have. But, see, that is why the reader was sent the website link at the start of the Review and told to ask any questions. The website is full of more info and data and evidence and facts. But she did not really check. And the probabilities are that she would not have taken the time to check any of it even if there were footnotes, etc. as she clearly demonstrated that she is all about Review speed and not quality or accuracy. Thus, it really has less to do with her claims of lack of evidence and facts, and more to do with simply not understanding what she is talking about. But more to the point, the researcher stated multiple times that the goal was to achieve the funding to build a proper research center to advance the research and theory. The researcher’s meager background was also pointed out, so to make such a request for such lavish evidence and facts and such is not reasonable nor logical, for anyone who truly read and understood the book. Everything starts with a theory. Billions (with a B) of dollars is spent every year (every year!) on cancer research that is all just theory and research at the beginning – and even now still really. Where is the evidence of a cure? Does that make cancer less real? Is that how science works. No, it is not. We see cancer often nowadays in everyday life, we know it is real. We see obesity everywhere and have no cure just as we see a vast diversity of different body types everywhere, and do not really understand why. We know less than 10% of what is in our oceans – does that mean there is nothing there worth looking at? We know less than 5% of what is under the sands in Egypt – does that mean there is nothing there (the Arab Spring satellite footage proves differently). We know less than 10% of what is in the Universe as a whole. We really know very little if anything. It took 10 years for Einstein to see any headway in his theories, and then 10-20 more to really see real progress, with the help of many, many others. Do not leave reviews of things you do not truly understand, and make zero effort to truly understand.

    Muscle Mass and Obesity

Tired of being obese having tried every diet and exercise and nothing has really helped. My body does not have the muscle mass it should, never has. I noticed this some time ago, but very few people are talking about its importance. This book talks about and hits it right on the head. Podcast 6 was very interesting.
