About Fellow One Research
Fellow One Research, founded in 2003, is dedicated to the scientific acquisition and responsible use of true knowledge to better understand human health. Our work focuses on the physical foundation of the human body—genetics, body composition, muscle development, skinny fat (genetic muscle deficiency), metabolism, and key diet‑exercise‑lifestyle variables—to replace blind faith, superstition, and common assumptions with evidence‑based insight.
Through nearly 25 years of Body Type Science research, we have developed secure, anonymous Scientific Health Quizzes that help individuals understand their unique body composition, metabolic profile, and daily diet, exercise, and lifestyle patterns using clinically relevant, real‑world scientific data.

As a nonprofit, our mission extends beyond individual health to the broader goal of sustainable human well‑being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. By advancing the Body Type Science framework and providing practical tools like the Scientific Body Type (body composition), Metabolism, Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle Quizzes, we aim to generate meaningful, actionable knowledge that supports healthier people, communities, and systems.
Our long‑term vision is to contribute to improved global health outcomes, environmental and economic stability, and the positive evolution of humanity through science‑driven understanding.
