Skinny Fat Details:

Celebrity Christina Haack (El Moussa) shows off (pics above) her genetic scientific Standard Body Type One (BT1) shape figure/physique during her vacation with her family and friends. The full development of her vertebra (posture) and muscles/muscle mass is currently not in debate. The candid images reveal no obvious skinny fat (lack of genetic muscle, IE cellulite, thin fat, normal weight obesity) anywhere on her body.

Science recognizes that one pound of muscle burns six calories daily, but one pound of regular fat (white fat/yellow fat/excess fat) and/or skinny fat only burns two to three calories. Which directly affects metabolism (the more skinny fat and/or regular fat, the slower the metabolism) as well as body composition and shape. Having so many developed vertebrae, muscles, and muscle mass assists greatly in terms of metabolism/metabolic rate (BMR), including aging gracefully.

Diet, exercise, lifestyle, metabolic rate (BMR), and BMI matter. But so do genes/genetics/DNA. As she continues to age, it will be interesting to see how well Christina Haack maintains her body shape figure/physique. Is she perhaps a Body Type Two (BT2)?

Bio:

Real estate investor, TV personality, and businesswoman Christina Haack (El Moussa) displays (pics above) her Body Type One shape/figure while taking time off. After graduating from Canyon High School in Anaheim in 2001, she attended San Diego State University. Subsequently, she acquired her real estate license at the age of 21 and ventured into the Southern California real estate industry. In 2005, while working as a real estate agent at Prudential, she met her first husband, Tarek El Moussa. They opened the real estate agency, Tarek and Christina: The El Moussa Group, in Orange County, California. It was dissolved in 2018.

With the help of one of El Moussa’s friends, a 2011 audition tape for HGTV culminated with the show Flip or Flop premiering in 2013. The show ran for ten seasons, with a final special episode, The Final Flip, airing on December 1, 2022. After she presented at the 2017 Daytime Emmy Awards, it was announced that she would feature in her own spin-off show, Christina on the Coast (2019-25, HGTV). That success led to her participation in the HGTV competition reality series The Flip Off (2025-present).

To date, her television credits include Brother vs. Brother (2013-14, HGTV, judge), Flip or Flop Follow-Up (2015, HGTV, host), Buddy vs. Duff (2019, Food Network, special guest), Christina: Stronger by Design (2021, HGTV, host), Christina in the Country (2022, HGTV, host), and Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge (2023, HGTV, contestant).

As a businesswoman, she partnered with Spectra Home Furniture in 2020 to create a home line called Christina HOME. Independently, she developed The Christina Collection, a luxury vinyl flooring line launched in 2021. Shifting her design work into new partnerships, she expanded into jewelry, releasing the Christina Hall x The Lace Project capsule collection in 2023. She also collaborated with designer Kylie Wing in 2024 to launch the high-end interior design and full-home furnishing firm, Christina & Kylie. Broadening her horizons, she co-authored a lifestyle and nutrition book with certified nutritionist Cara Clark titled The Wellness Remodel: A Guide to Rebooting How You Eat, Move, and Feed Your Soul (2020). Over the course of her career, she has graced the pages of numerous publications, including Good Housekeeping, Elle Decor, Runner’s World, Orange County Register, HGTV Magazine, and People.

Christina Haack’s TV personality and businesswoman responsibilities, along with diet, exercise, and lifestyle, help with maintaining her body shape figure by increasing her metabolic rate, thus burning more calories to keep excess regular fat weight at bay.
