Skinny Fat Details:
Celebrity Whitney Port shows off (pics above) her genetic scientific Standard Body Type One (BT1) shape figure/physique during her vacation with her family and friends. The full development of her vertebra (posture) and muscles/muscle mass is currently not in debate. The candid images reveal no obvious skinny fat (lack of genetic muscle, IE cellulite, thin fat, normal weight obesity) anywhere on her body.
Science recognizes that one pound of muscle burns six calories daily, but one pound of regular fat (white fat/yellow fat/excess fat) and/or skinny fat only burns two to three calories. Which directly affects metabolism (the more skinny fat and/or regular fat, the slower the metabolism) as well as body composition and shape. Having so many developed vertebrae, muscles, and muscle mass assists greatly in terms of metabolism/metabolic rate (BMR), including aging gracefully.
Diet, exercise, lifestyle, metabolic rate (BMR), and BMI matter. But so do genes/genetics/DNA. It will be interesting to see how well Whitney Port maintains her body shape figure/physique as she continues to age. Is she really a Body Type Two (BT2), perhaps with slightly underdeveloped genetic muscle tissue on her lower back and love handles, in relation to her lower lumbar vertebrae, at least?
Bio:
Hollywood television personality Whitney Port displays (pics above) her Body Type One shape/figure while taking time off. In 2006, while attending the University of Southern California, she joined the cast of the MTV reality television series The Hills, a spin-off of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. After graduating in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in gender studies, she worked internships at the magazines Teen Vogue, Women’s Wear Daily, and W, as her reality stardom burgeoned. Teen Vogue subsequently promoted her to West Coast fashion contributor, a position she held until 2008.
That led to her interning with Kelly Cutrone’s public relations firm, People’s Revolution, later that year. That same year, she launched her fashion brand Whitney Eve and appeared in an episode of the HBO hit series Entourage. She also became a main cast member of the MTV reality show The City (2008-10). In 2010, when The Hills concluded, she moved to New York City to work an internship with Diane von Fürstenberg.
Hollywood Television Personality Whitney Port Body Type One
To date, her TV credits include Family Guy (2009, FOX, voice), America’s Next Top Model (2010, UPN), Hollywood is Like High School with Money (2010, web series), Anna & Kristina’s Beauty Call (2010, W Network), Genuine Ken (2011, MTV), Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model (2012, Sky Living), Almost Royal (2016, BBC America), and The Hills: New Beginnings (2019, 2021, MTV). Moreover, she made a cameo appearance in the 2012 film What to Expect When You’re Expecting.
As an author, she published the book True Whit: Designing a Life of Style, Beauty, and Fun in 2011. As well, her clothing line CozeCo became available in 2021. Whitney Port’s demanding television personality responsibilities help with maintaining her body shape figure by increasing her metabolic rate, thus burning more calories to keep excess regular fat weight at bay.
