Crepey Skin
Crepey skin, or crepe skin, is part of the skinny fat phenomenon which also includes cellulite, thin-fat, saggy or loose skin, and normal weight obesity (NWO). It happens in/can happen in adolescents but is more common the older a person becomes. Although collagen and proteins in the skin do indeed degrade as the body ages/time passes, a closer look at The Four Body Types reveals that a lack of muscle/muscle mass development is a major player.
