Skinny Fat Details:

Celebrity Margaret Qualley shows off (pics above) her genetic scientific Standard Body Type One (BT1) shape figure/physique during her vacation with her ex-husband Jack Antonoff. The full development of her vertebra (posture) and muscles/muscle mass is currently not in debate. The candid images reveal no obvious skinny fat (lack of genetic muscle, IE cellulite, thin fat, normal weight obesity) anywhere on her body.

Science recognizes that one pound of muscle burns six calories daily, but one pound of regular fat (white fat/yellow fat/excess fat) and/or skinny fat only burns two to three calories. Which directly affects metabolism (the more skinny fat and/or regular fat, the slower the metabolism) as well as body composition and shape. Having so many developed vertebrae, muscles, and muscle mass assists greatly in terms of metabolism/metabolic rate (BMR), including aging gracefully.

Diet, exercise, lifestyle, metabolic rate (BMR), and BMI matter. But so do genes/genetics/DNA. As she continues to age, it will be interesting to see how well Margaret Qualley maintains her body shape figure/physique. Is she perhaps a Body Type Two (BT2)?

Bio:

Primetime Emmy Award-nominated star Hollywood actress and model Margaret Qualley displays (pics above) her Body Type One shape/figure while taking time off. The daughter of superstar actress Andie MacDowell and former model Paul Qualley, after moving from Montana to North Carolina, at the age of fourteen, she boarded at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts to study ballet dancing. She earned an apprenticeship at the American Ballet Theatre in New York City (NYC) and studied at the Professional Children’s School. Subsequently, she turned down an apprenticeship with the North Carolina Dance Theater and quit dancing.

Remaining in NYC, she began modeling. In 2011, at the age of 16, she made her debut walking for Alberta Ferretti at New York Fashion Week. The following year, she represented Valentino and Chanel at Spring/Summer Paris Fashion Week, and Chanel again during their Fall/Winter show. She has featured on the covers and editorials of Evening Standard, Jolie, Paper, Elle, W, Hunger, Harper’s Bazaar, Porter, Document Journal, AnOther, Interview, Vogue, Vogue Australia, Vogue China, Vogue Russia, Vogue Ukraine, Teen Vogue, Vanity Fair, Nylon, V, The Cut, and C. As well, she appeared in advertising campaigns for Kenzo, Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, Celine, and Chanel.

Broadening her horizons, she ventured into acting, attending the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art summer program in London. Matriculating at New York University, she dropped out after one semester upon landing a bit part in her first major motion picture film, Palo Alto (2013). That led to her accepting the breakout main role as Jill Garvey in the HBO supernatural drama television series The Leftovers (2014-17).
