Podcast Guest: Bounce Back and Thrive Podcast, Grace Kew – Overcoming Hardship to Pioneer Body Type Science

Fellow One Research lead scientific researcher, Marc Nelson, joined host Grace Kew on the Bounce Back and Thrive Podcast. The show started with sharing his experience as an 8-year-old star soccer player and noticing that his body is different than his peers. Instead of having muscle and muscle mass, like the mainstream, standard scientific human body anatomy book shows, he had skinny fat (normal weight obesity, cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, or crepey skin) all over his body.

Even though obesity commonly runs in his family, the doctors and his parents reassured him that as he grew that would all change and get better — he would grow muscle. But as he reached puberty, more fat grew and no muscle. His diligent, consistent weight lifting efforts along with changing his diet countless times and trying copious supplements yielded minimal results that, in the end, were not worth the effort. It turns out skinny fat is permanent relative to conventional methods.

Eventually, he is forced to quit all competitive sports as lacking so much muscle/muscle mass made it impossible to really compete. His family, especially his parents, refused to believe anything other than he is a quitter and loser because he was simply not working hard enough.  All of which negatively affected his confidence and mental health, yet also inspired him to pioneer Body Type Science.

Pioneering Body Type Science – Bounce Back and Thrive Podcast with Grace Kew

The conversation clarified that the popular endomorph, ectomorph, and mesomorph somatotype body types are unscientific, arbitrary, subjective, baseless nonsense, just like the hormone body types as well as the Kibbe, triangle, 10 body types, etc. The current mainstream science and medical doctor’s body type standards are explained:

Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1)
Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1)

  1. Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) found in any scientifically approved human body anatomy book. This first standard is inaccurate because it fails to recognize that it is a scientific/genetic fact that any part of the human body can be underdeveloped to whatever degree, nor does it give credence to any form of skinny fat.
  2. Body Mass Index (BMI) is the second standard. It is inaccurate because it fails to take into account skinny fat or the possibility of excess muscle mass, which can put one into the overweight or obese column of their BMI weight scale but they are not overweight or obese.
  3. Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the third standard. It is not accurate as it fails to calculate skinny fat into the Standard Mifflin St Jeor Equation and Harris-Benedict Equation for activity, yet science recognizes that one pound of muscle mass burns six calories daily but one pound of fat/skinny fat only burns two to three calories daily, which directly, negatively affects metabolism.

The Four Body Types – Genetics, Vertebrae, Muscle, Skinny Fat, & Fat

The Four Body Types definitions were then explained. A direct correlation is made to genetics, especially vertebrae/posture Project Fitness Podcast with Chris Fudge - Comparing The Four Body Typesand muscles/muscle mass development (or lack thereof) compared to skinny fat and fat. For many people globally, no matter how diligent they are with their diet, exercise, metabolism (BMR), BMI, and lifestyle, their genetics play a key role in their body type and shape.

In terms of diet, the most recent science shows that a calorie is not a calorie, that food quality matters (especially low Glycemic Index/GI foods), and that a low-carb diet with a bullseye of 37 grams of carbs per day is a very effective way to lose weight for many people. This is especially true for people who have failed to successfully lose the desired weight with any other diet they have followed. The importance of proper exercise to positively influence metabolism as well as healthy lifestyle choices, particularly sleep and stress, are also addressed.

Bounce Back and Thrive Podcast – Modern Body Type Science Standards

The discussion shifted to the widespread, unrealistic, inaccurate physical body type standards and expectations placed on the average person by mainstream scientists and doctors, social media, the media, and society in general. How can anyone be happy in a Body Type Two, Three, or Four when such unfair physical standards and expectations are the cultural norm? Unfair standards that encourage unhealthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle behavior, all of which are negatively reflected in Bounce Back and Thrive Podcast with Grace Kewdeclining physical (obesity epidemic), emotional, and mental health worldwide, especially among young people.

All the Photoshopped and fake filtered body images and common misinformation and disinformation on social media only exacerbate the problem. Body Type Science helps alleviate the confusion and nonsense by allowing the individual to scientifically understand, determine, and identify their real body type. As a comprehensive solution, Body Type Science helps you accept your genetic body type as it is which allows you to make healthy science-based diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices that encourage improved mental, emotional, and physical well-being in the short and long term.

Podcast Guest: Discovering True Health Podcast – Transform Skinny Fat & Lose Weight Effectively, Body Type Science

Fellow One Research lead scientific researcher, Marc Nelson, joined the Discovering True Health Podcast with host Christy Prais. The discussion focused on how to transform skinny fat and lose weight effectively in relation to Body Type Science (The Four Body Types). A relatively newer term that has only been accepted by mainstream science in the last decade or so, skinny fat is defined as cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, crepey skin, and/or normal weight obesity.

After clarifying the debunked unscientific, baseless, arbitrary, and subjective shapes that are the somatotype three body types — endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph — along with the unfounded hormone body types, Kibbe body types, triangle body types, 10 body types, etc., the current scientific and medical doctor’s body type standards and why they are inaccurate were clarified.

Fellow One Research lead scientific researcher, Marc Nelson, joined the Generation Flip Podcast to discuss Body Type Science (The Four Body Types). Show hosts Flip and Big Brown started things off by asking about current mainstream science and medical body type standards and why they are inaccurate:

  1. Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) found in any scientifically approved human body anatomy book. This first standard is inaccurate because it does not recognize that is a genetic fact that any part of the human body can be underdeveloped to whatever Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) - Body Type Sciencedegree, nor does it give credence to skinny fat (cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, crepey skin, normal weight obesity)

Podcast Guest: The Milan Sharma Show – The Missing Science of Body Types, Body Type Science

Fellow One Research lead scientific researcher, Marc Nelson, joined The Milan Sharma Show podcast to discuss the missing science of body types, Body Type Science (The Four Body Types). Show host Milan Sharma starts things off by asking Marc to explain how he came to pioneer Body Type Science. He specifically asked what effects Marc’s journey had on his mental, emotional, and physical health, including his experiences with gaslighting, bullying, hating, and shaming.

The conversation clarified the three current mainstream science and medical doctor’s body type standards definitions and why all three are inaccurate:

  1. Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) found in any scientifically approved human body anatomy book, does not recognize that is a genetic fact any part of the human body can be underdeveloped to whatever Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) - Body Type Sciencedegree, nor does it give credence to skinny fat (cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, crepey skin, normal weight obesity)
  2. Body Mass Index (BMI) does not take into account skinny fat nor the possibility of excess muscle mass (which can put one into the overweight or obese column of their BMI weight scale but they are not overweight or obese)
  3. Basal metabolic rate (BMR) fails to calculate skinny fat into the Standard Mifflin St Jeor Equation or Harris-Benedict Equation for activity, yet science recognizes that one pound of muscle mass burns six calories daily but one pound of fat/skinny fat only burns two to three calories daily, which directly, negatively affects metabolism

Things then focused on how genetics directly influence body type shape, especially vertebrae (posture) and muscle/mass development (or lack thereof) relative to skinny fat (cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, crepey skin, normal weight obesity), fat, diet, exercise, lifestyle, and metabolism.

The discussion shifted to the debunked unscientific, baseless, arbitrary, and subjective shapes that are the somatotype three body types — endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph — along with the unfounded hormone body types, Kibbe body types, triangle body types, 10 body types, etc. Which subsequently led to a thorough explanation of the science behind The Four Body Types definitions. The pair then addressed the common, unrealistic, inaccurate physical body type standards and expectations placed on the average person by mainstream scientists and doctors, social media, the media, and society in general, as well as the negative effects such inaccuracies have on diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices, not to mention emotional and mental health.

Podcast Guest: Living the Dream with Curveball – The Four Body Types, Body Type Science

Marc Nelson, Fellow One Research’s lead scientific researcher, joined Living the Dream with Curveball podcast host DJ Curtis Jackson to discuss The Four Body Types’ Body Type Science. The show begins with an explanation of how Marc came to pioneer Body Type Science after first noticing how different his body was starting around the age of eight.

Upon referencing the mainstream science and medical doctor Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) image found in any scientifically approved human body anatomy book, he realized that he had skinny fat (cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, crepey skin, normal weight obesity) all over his body. It is a fact that obesity is genetically common in his family. He asked his parents and doctors why he had so little muscles/muscle mass, but they had no answer.

Living the Dream Curveball Podcast with Host Curtis Jackson - Standard Body Type One (BT1)Because he was such an active kid and teenager and always well within his safe BMI (Body Mass Index) weight range, no one including the doctors gave it a second thought. Missing all that muscle/mass led to copious hardships. Which included normal weight obesity, being overweight, having to quit competitive sports, obesity, negative body image, depression, digestive imbalance, and relentless bullying, no less.

The conversation addressed the three mainstream science and medical doctor body type standards and their inaccuracy. Moreover, the debunked unscientific, baseless, arbitrary, and subjective shapes that are the somatotype three body types — endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph — along with the unfounded hormone body types, triangle body types, Kibbe body types, 10 body types, etc. were clarified. Things then focused on The Four Body Types definitions and how common, unrealistic physical body type expectations directly, adversely affect diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices as well as emotional and mental health.

Curtis Jackson - The Curveball Podcast - Living the DreamWith the dishonest, widespread dissemination of fake Photoshopped and filtered body images, social media is a main culprit. People are misguided, believing in and ultimately making unhealthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices to try and meet unrealistic body type standards and impossible expectations that their genetics simply will not allow. The discussion then shifted to how Body Type Science helps alleviate the confusion, disinformation, and nonsense allowing the individual to actually understand, determine, and identify their scientific body type.

Such knowledge helps the individual make better choices in terms of a healthy science-based diet, exercise, and lifestyle. This equates to improved mental, emotional, and physical well-being in the short and long term. Podcast Guest: Sunshine Steven Podcast – Understanding Body Type Science To Improve Mental Health

Fellow One Research lead scientific researcher, Marc Nelson, joined Sunshine Steven podcast host Steven Rice to discuss Body Type Science in relation to mental health. The three mainstream science and medical doctor body type standards were explained along with why they are inaccurate. The discourse then detailed The Four Body Types definitions including vertebrae and muscle mass development relative to skinny fat (cellulite, thin fat, saggy/loose skin, crepey skin, normal weight obesity) and fat.

The debunked unscientific, baseless, arbitrary, and subjective shapes that are the somatotype three body types — endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph — along with the unfounded hormone body types, Kibbe body types, triangle body types, 10 body types, etc. were clarified. Things then shifted to how common, unrealistic physical body type expectations directly, negatively affect diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices. As well as emotional and mental health, including trolling, shaming, hating, and bullying.

Insights from Gnosis: Spiritual Science – The Spiritual Scientist

The Modern Spiritual Scientist

Dr. Ian StevensonSpiritual scientist Dr. Ian Stevenson understood this fact all too well. In 1967 he created a new wing of the University of Virginia’s Medical School called the Division of Perceptual Studies to research the nature of mind and consciousness. 50+ years later, his ground-breaking spiritual-scientific research is alive and well. Offering more than 2000+ thoroughly researched case studies, his diverse work involves reincarnation, extrasensory perception events, and paranormal experiences that have reshaped the meaning of science.

It is interesting to note that some of the most famous scientists to ever live believed in God. The list includes Albert Einstein, Frances Bacon, and Galileo Galilei. More spiritual scientists are emerging across the world every day.

Fellow One Research’s Spiritual Science – Pioneering Body Type Science

Spiritual Science - The Mind-Brain ConnectionHaving pioneered Body Type Science since 2003, Fellow One Research’s spiritual science falls into its own unique category. It seeks to scientifically understand and know how the human body symbiotically exists relative to the mind, soul, and spirit. The mission of our research is to better understand physical human body health relative to mentality, emotions, and spirituality. We are particularly invested in how overall health is influenced by scientific body type (genetics/DNA), diet, exercise, lifestyle, and metabolism relative to soul and spirit.

As the lead scientific researcher, genetically I realized from an early age that my body type was vastly inferior to my peers. This was due to the fact that my body lacked so much muscle and muscle mass. In place of the underdeveloped muscle/mass was/is skinny fat including cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, crepey skin, and normal weight obesity.

A Spiritual Scientist is Born

From the depths of my being, I have always known that there is something special about my soul. Being born into a physically inferior body and being surrounded by family members with inferior genetics and body types was the impetus needed to pioneer the research. As a spiritual scientist, I subsequently used the scientific method to develop the hypotheses:

Spiritual Scientist - Underdeveloped Muscle/Mass & Vertebrae*If it is true that any part of the human body can be genetically underdeveloped, then it is a fact that muscles/mass & vertebrae/posture can be underdeveloped or undeveloped, to whatever degree.

*If it is true that muscles/mass can be genetically underdeveloped, then skinny fat, especially cellulite and normal weight obesity, is a valid scientific explanation for what exists in place of that genetically underdeveloped/missing muscles/mass.

*If it is true that, anatomically, every vertebra houses a specific set of muscle(s), then it is true that those specific muscle(s) directly influence the specific vertebra.

*If it is true that vertebrae directly affect posture, then it is true that muscles/mass directly influences posture.

*If Standard BMI, Standard BMR, & the Standard Body Type One (BT1) are the accurate gold standards in determining human health, then how do mainstream scientists and medical doctors explain so many different body types and skinny fat including normal weight obesity, no less, relative to countless people worldwide who are within safe Standard BMI yet do not look like the Standard Body Type One no matter how diligent and healthy they are with their daily diet, exercise, and lifestyle?

The Scientific Method – Body Type Science Theory

The hypotheses then led to the question: how is human body type scientifically defined, and how do science-based diet, exercise, lifestyle, metabolism/BMR, BMI, and genetics, no less, affect genetic scientific body type and human health as a whole (and vice versa)?

Which led to the extensive theory:

Underdeveloped muscles/muscle mass is genetic. Skinny fat including cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, crepey skin, or/and normal weight obesity is genetic and is what exists in place of undeveloped muscle and muscle mass. The more skinny fat you have on your body, the more prone you are to being overweight and obese (obesity).

This is because one pound of muscle mass burns six calories per day, but one pound of regular fat (white fat/yellow fat/excess fat) and/or skinny fat burns only two to three calories daily, which directly, negatively affects metabolism. Thus, the three current mainstream science body type Standards — 1) Spiritual Science - Holding the Energy/Standing the Heat/Pressurethe Scientific Human Body Type Anatomy Book Standard Body Type One (BT1), 2) Body Mass Index (BMI), and 3) basal metabolic rate (BMR) — are all inaccurate because they do not take into account skinny fat, no less.

The fewer muscles/muscle mass and more skinny fat and fat that you have on your body, the less you are able to hold the energy/stand the heat in everyday life. Energy is soul energy. Some souls have more energy than other souls. Soul energy (star power and IT factor) matters.

The fewer muscles you have, the less energy your body is able to hold. The less energy your body can hold, the less pressure you are able to withstand, and the probabilities decrease that you will reach higher levels of being, let alone the highest levels of being to be truly successful in life. This includes being famous and having access to copious resources including wealth.

You can add regular fat weight to help hold the energy, but regular fat is inferior to muscle. Fat, in general, cannot hold the energy nearly as well as muscle. And being overweight or obese directly, negatively affects human health.

Spiritual Scientist – Scientific Peer Review

According to Google:

“At the simplest level, the Internet can be used to accelerate traditional peer review processes.”

Spiritual Scientist - Science Online Peer Review“The definition of Peer Review is the evaluation of scientific, academic, or professional work by others working in the same field.”

“The three most common types of peer review are single-blind, double-blind, and open peer review. Over time, new models have developed such as transparent, collaborative, and post-publication peer review, which are key variations from the standard approach. Open peer review may be defined as ‘any scholarly review mechanism providing disclosure of author and referee identities to one another at any point during the peer review or publication process’. [Whether a mainstream scientist, spiritual scientist, or any other,] the reviewer’s identities may or may not be disclosed to the public.”

“Books, articles, and websites can all be scholarly. Scholarly sources can be either primary or secondary research. Scholarly sources are written by academics and other experts and contribute to knowledge in a particular field by sharing new research findings, theories, analyses, insights, news, or summaries of current knowledge.”

How to Successfully Lose Weight for the Long-Term – Scientific Weight Loss Program

How to successfully lose weight using our Scientific Weight Loss Program starts with understanding your scientific body type.

Scientific Weight Loss - How to Successfully Lose Weight
Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1)

Body Type Science: The less muscles/muscle mass and the more skinny fat — cellulite, normal weight obesity, loose skin, saggy skin, thin fat, and crepey skin — that you have on your body, the less efficient your metabolism.

Why?

Because one (1) pound of muscle mass burns six (6) calories per day, but one (1) pound of skinny fat/fat mass only burns two (2) to three (3) calories per day. If you are a Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One then you have all muscles/muscle mass fully developed. If you are a Body Type Two (BT2), Body Type Three (BT3), or Body Type Four (BT4), then you have less developed muscle mass which directly, negatively affects your metabolism.

Genetics matter.

Take the Scientific Body Type Quiz to learn your real body type including your Standard Mifflin St Jeor Equation BMR (basal metabolic rate, i.e. the number of calories your specific body needs daily to function) and Adjusted Mifflin BMR.

How to Successfully Lose Weight – Scientific Weight Loss Program, Diet

A calorie is NOT a calorie. Not all calories are the same. Food quality matters. Whole foods, especially diverse, properly Blue Zone Mediterranean Diet -Scientific Weight Loss Programprepared vegetables and fruits as well as lean proteins and healthy fats, are best. Organic whole foods are tops. Science knows that the more healthy vegetables and fruits that you consume daily, the healthier you are likely to be in the long run.

The Mediterranean Diet set the scientific diet standard, especially the low-carb version which is basically a low-carb vegetarian omnivore diet. For those who cannot afford the Mediterranean Diet, a standard low-carb vegan or vegetarian omnivore diet will suffice. For acute white/yellow fat (regular fat) weight loss, keep carbs at a 37 grams per day bullseye and the meat as lean as possible, in moderation (not at the levels of the Standard American Diet/SAD). Sources like chicken breast, turkey, and salmon are usually best.

Most important of all, you have to be able to truly afford whatever diet you choose. As well, you must really eat the diet consistently, daily (keep cheating to the bare minimum). Thus, finding meals that you genuinely like that play within the low-carb vegetarian omnivore diet rules is key.

Body Type Science – How To Determine Body Types

Body Type Science - How to Scientifically Determine Body Types
Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1)

Body type science does not recognize the three body types (endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph) as being real. Nor do mainstream science or medical doctors – they never have. The fact is, the only scientific body type that is actually recognized by mainstream science and medical doctors as being real is the Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) found in any scientifically approved anatomy book.

It is the only scientifically accepted standard means of how to determine body type, hand-in-hand with the Standard Body Mass Index (BMI) and Standard Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).

Unless a licensed medical doctor has diagnosed you with a specific malformation, abnormality, underdevelopment, or the like — such as Poland syndrome, scoliosis, etc. — you are a Standard Body Type One (BT1). Your body is “normal,” and therefore you have a normal BT1. According to mainstream medical doctors and scientists, the only reason your body does not look like a Standard BT1 (again, unless you have been diagnosed with an abnormality or the like) is that you are regularly eating too many calories daily above Standard BMR.

Body Type Science: Current Inaccurate Scientific Body Type Standards – Body Type One (BT1), Body Mass Index (BMI), & Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)

Body Mass Index (BMI) Weight Scale - Body Type Science - How to Determine Body Types
Standard Body Mass Index (BMI) Weight Scale: Green is Normal (Safe), Yellow is Overweight (Caution), and Red is Obese (Warning)

By eating more calories daily than your Standard Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR, calculated via the Mifflin St Jeor equation and Harris-Benedict equation), which is the number of calories daily that are required for your specific body’s basic functioning, you are adding excess fat weight to your body. If that excss fat weight takes you outside your safe Standard Body Mass Index (BMI) weight range, you are overweight or obese. So long as you have been diagnosed as being normal, according to mainstream medical doctors and scientists, excess fat is the only reason why your body does not look like a Standard BT1.

To get your body to look like a Standard BT1 (once again, according to mainstream science and medical doctors), all you have to do is consistently maintain daily calorie consumption at or below your Mifflin St Jeor formula Standard BMR to burn off the excess fat. A 500-calorie per-day deficit below Standard BMR was the old standard for effective, successful weight loss. The new scientific standard is low-carb, calorie-valuable food.

You can also increase exercise activity to burn more calories, which is calculated through the Harris-Benedict formula.

Inaccurate Standard BMR – Skinny Fat

However, current Standard BMR formulas do not calculate skinny fat (thin fat, cellulite, crepey skin, loose skin, saggy skin, and/or normal weight obesity). Thus, for any person experiencing skinny fat, especially when within their safe Standard BMI, their Standard BMR is not accurate. This is because science recognizes that one pound of muscle burns six calories daily but one pound of skinny fat/fat only burns two to three calories.

Yet, again, mainstream scientists and medical doctors are adamant that once any excess fat weight has been burned off and you are within your safe Standard BMI weight range, if you are “normal” then your body is a Standard Body Type One (BT1) with all muscles, muscle mass, and posture (vertebrae/spinal extension) fully developed. They have no explanation for skinny fat in any form. The Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) is the undisputed scientific body type standard. Along with the Standard BMI and Standard BMR, the Standard BT1 is the only scientific standard currently recognized by mainstream scientists and medical doctors.

Skinny Fat, Inaccurate Standard BT1 & Standard BMI  – Body Type Science

But, there are millions upon millions upon millions of people in the world, no less, who, even when at the very bottom of their safe Standard BMI weight range, do not look like the Standard BT1. Instead of having fully developed muscles, muscle mass, and posture et al, they deal with skinny fat along with poor posture, no less, even when within safe BMI. They do not have a fully developed BT1. This is a second way that the scientific Standard BT1 along with the Standard BMI weight range scale are inaccurate.

YouTube player

It is a body type science fact that, genetically, any part of the human body can be underdeveloped or undeveloped, including muscles, muscle mass, and vertebrae (posture). For many people, the disease of obesity is directly related to genes/DNA. If obesity is a known genetic factor in your family, the probabilities increase that you are predisposed to being obese. This includes normal weight obesity, which is being obese/having too much fat on your body where there should be muscle(s)/mass even when within your safe Standard BMI weight range.

Body Type Science – Understanding Obesity, Muscle/Mass, & How Standard BMI is Further Inaccurate

It is a common misperception that obesity is defined as weighing too much/being overweight. The truth is, it is defined as having too much fat on your body. It is possible to add excess muscle weight alone to your body. Doing so can place you in the overweight or obese part of your Standard BMI weight range, outside the safe zone.

Dwayne Johnson “The Rock” is an example of being outside safe Standard BMI but not being overweight or obese. So long as you have properly added muscle/mass and NOT fat, even if you are outside your safe BMI weight range, you are technically NOT overweight or obese. This is another way that the Standard BMI weight scale is inaccurate.

How To Determine Body Type, The Four Body Types – Where Is The Muscle(s)?

The Four Body Types, How to Determine Body Type - Body Type Science, Fellow One ResearchFellow One Research’s The Four (4) Body Types science has been developed to offer more scientifically accurate body type identification tools. It uses well-established scientific variables including genetics/DNA, muscle(s), muscle mass, vertebrae (posture/spinal extension), skinny fat, fat, diet, exercise, metabolism/BMR, BMI, lifestyle, and the like. Until MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) machines become more cost-effective and readily available, the Scientific Body Type Quiz (Test) can accurately determine whether you are a Body Type One (BT1), Body Type Two (BT2), Body Type Three (BT3), or Body Type Four (BT4).

The Four Body Types Body Type Science has revolutionized scientific body types. By allowing the average person to actually scientifically understand how to determine your body type, you can better incorporate science-based diet, exercise, and lifestyle information to improve your overall health. Insights from Gnosis: Why Body Mass Index (BMI) Is Imperfect But Necessary

Skinny Fat Including Normal Weight Obesity, Cellulite, Crepey Skin, Loose/Saggy Skin, Thin Fat – Body Mass Index

As a scientist, I have been researching the human body for more than 25 years now. When I am well within my safe BMI weight Skinny Fat, Cellulite, Loose Skin - BMIrange, like countless other people in the world, my body looks nothing like the genetic scientific Standard Body Type One (BT1). I experience/deal with skinny fat including normal weight obesity, cellulite, and thin fat where there should be muscle.

I am and have always been missing muscle/mass throughout my entire body, and in its place is skinny fat, which directly affects my posture, physical/athletic ability, and metabolism, no less. Yet, I have never been medically diagnosed with any abnormality, malformation, or underdevelopment like Poland syndrome, scoliosis, etc.; and because I am within my safe BMI weight range I am “normal” and thus a Standard BT1 according to doctors. And that is that.

Obesity is defined as having an excessive amount of body fat/too much fat on your body — NOT as weighing too much — yet most people fail to realize this fact.

The thing is, when I am well within my safe Standard BMI, I do not feel good too often. Like so many other people in the world. I had a battery of different doctors poke and prod me, testing everything they could to figure out why I did not feel good — heartburn, stomach issues, depression, headaches, aches, pains, twitches, etc. — but they could find nothing wrong and sent me home with acid reflux meds. Never mind all the obvious skinny fat all over my body, because I am within my safe BMI, which is the standard.

I was/am totally “normal” and healthy. No diagnosed hormone imbalances or physical abnormalities or the like of any kind. Yet the normal weight obesity including cellulite and thin fat is painfully obvious where there should be muscle everywhere on my body; legs, thighs, stomach, arms, back, etc.

How Mainstream Scientists & Doctors Explain Skinny Fat/Normal Weight Obesity When Within Safe BMI

When I asked the doctors why they shook it off with no real response other than some people just have more skinny fat than Body Mass Index Explanation - Medical Doctorothers. Well, that simply does not add up. They cannot say in one breath that everyone looks like the Standard Body Type One (BT1) when within their safe Standard BMI weight range and then say in the next breath that not every totally “normal” and healthy person looks identical to the Standard Body Type One (BT1).

The very existence of normal weight obesity (too much/excess fat on your body even when within safe BMI) completely contradicts the definition of the BMI which states that once within safe BMI you no longer have excess fat on your body.

But, alas, that is exactly what they did and still do say to this very day. Which, again, makes zero sense. This is the main reason why the Standard BMI is inaccurate and experiences so much controversy; it fails to calculate skinny fat. Another reason the BMI is inaccurate is it is possible to have excess muscle/mass and be in the overweight or obese column of your BMI, but you are not overweight or obese (like Dwayne Johnson, “The Rock”).

Scientific Standards – Body Mass Index (BMI)

Moreover, I actually physically felt the best in my life when I reached at least 270 pounds, well outside my safe BMI weight range in the obese column. But mentally and emotionally I hated how I looked — obese. And knowing the serious health risks and costs of the disease of obesity, remaining obese was not an option.

As a scientist, science must have proper standards —  more specifically, an approved scientific standard to accurately calculate what a safe weight range is for each person. Unfortunately, inaccurate is the best we can do right now. The Standard BMI is imperfect because not all human bodies are identical to the Standard Body Type One (BT1).

Why? Because it is a fact that any part of the human body can be genetically underdeveloped or undeveloped, including muscles/mass and vertebrae/posture (spinal extension). And for so many like myself, in place of that genetically missing muscle/mass is skinny fat

The Imperfect Body Mass Index (BMI) & Body Type Science/The Four Body Types Research

Yes, BMI is imperfect, but is still a roughly viable scientific standard that we can and will improve and make more accurate. Without the BMI I would have absolutely no sense at all of what my rough, safe weight range is. The Four (4) Body Types (genetic scientific body type) Body Type Science research data offers the means to make the BMI standard more accurate by including skinny fat and excess muscle/mass in the Body Type Quiz - BMIcalculation. We have progressed far enough along to shed real, valuable light on why there are so many different body types and shapes, and why there are countless people like me who struggle with skinny fat, no matter how diligent I am with my diet, exercise, and lifestyle nor how hard I work.

Fellow One Research’s Body Type Science Theory also allows for a better understanding of the obesity paradox, which, although rare, indicates that, especially in some older adults, being relatively obese actually can improve their health. It also helps explain normal weight obesity as well as metabolically healthy obese (MHO), which is defined as being obese but having healthy vital signs including blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol, and A1C (blood sugar).

The Four Body Types and Scientific Body Type Quiz utilize a diverse array of science-based variables including diet, exercise, lifestyle, metabolism/BMR, BMI, skinny fat, regular fat, hormones, and genetics/DNA, no less, to reckon and scientifically assess and understand your body type shape and overall health.

The Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1)

That Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One image shows the human body when fully developed. According to mainstream science, unless your doctor has specifically diagnosed you with a deformity, malformation, abnormality, or the like (such as Poland syndrome or scoliosis), you have a “normal” human body — just like the Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One likely hanging on their wall. And that is the standard you and all human beings are held to. That perfect standard that a minority few — probably 30% or so of the entire human population — actually meet and are.

However, strong evidence is mounting that not all human beings are a fully developed Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) at birth. As the evidence and facts grow and strengthen with each passing day, more and more people are waking up to the truth that not all human bodies are born generally the same, as defined by the Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One and claimed by most mainstream doctors and scientists. Such evidence and facts help explain things like the global obesity epidemic as well as skinny fat, no less.

Skinny Fat & Genetics/DNA/Genes

Every year, billions of dollars are spent on scientific research for obesity, cancer, etc. Yet, mainstream science has no cure for any kind of cancer. Mainstream scientists and medical doctors have no explanation for why obesity is getting worse globally. Just as mainstream Genetics/DNA/Genes - Skinny Fat, Cellulitemedical doctors and scientists have no explanation for skinny fat including cellulite and normal weight obesity.

The disease of obesity is defined as having too much fat on your body which takes you outside your safe BMI weight range. Skinny fat means having an unusual amount of fat (cellulite, thin fat, crepey skin, loose skin, saggy skin, normal weight obesity) on your body even within your safe BMI. Normal weight obesity is defined as having too much fat on your body when within your safe BMI.

For many people skinny fat is genetic. Just as lack of muscles/muscle mass is genetic. Therefore, for countless people globally who have skinny fat where there should be muscles/muscle mass, that is genetics. There is no FDA-approved method to get rid of skinny fat, including cellulite. Likewise, there is no amount of exercise, cardio or resistance, that you can do in the gym to turn skinny fat into muscle.

It is an undisputed fact that not all human bodies have skinny fat. There are both male and female human bodies that are genetically gifted and do not experience skinny fat. Fellow One Research’s Body Type Science offers a valid, scientific, data-backed explanation for skinny fat and the obesity epidemic.

How To Know What Your Body Type Is – The Science Behind The Four Body Types

What the Fellow One Research, The Four (4) Body Types research and Body Type Test (Quiz) are revealing is that the spine, spinal extension, and vertebrae (cervical 1-7, thoracic 1-12, lumbar 1-5, sacrum, coccyx) development all matter. Relative to each specific vertebra, muscles and muscle mass development matter. As already mentioned, any human body can have any part underdeveloped or undeveloped including organs, ligaments, tendons, blood vessels, arteries, bones, spine, vertebrae, muscles, muscle mass, etc.

The Four Body Types, Hypotheses & Theory – Following the Logic and Reason

Genetics/DNA, Underdeveloped/Undeveloped Human Body - How do I Know What My Body Type Is*If it is true that any part of the human body can be genetically underdeveloped, then it is a fact that muscles/mass & vertebrae/posture can be underdeveloped or undeveloped, to whatever degree.

*If BMI, BMR, & the Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One are the accurate gold standards in determining human health, then how do mainstream scientists and medical doctors explain so many different body types and skinny fat including normal weight obesity, no less, relative to countless people worldwide who are within safe BMI yet do not look like the Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One no matter how diligent and healthy they are with their daily diet, exercise, and lifestyle?

The more underdeveloped/undeveloped the human body, the more that human body is prone to having skinny fat, putting on excess fat weight, and becoming overweight or obese. Which directly equates to one of The Four Body Types. Typically, once a person experiences the obesity disease, whether childhood obesity or adult obesity, it becomes harder and harder to keep the weight off while trying to properly build muscle.

Genetics/DNA/Genes, Balance, Health, & Aging Gracefully – What Is My Body Type?

The more developed and balanced the human body — a true Standard Body Type One (BT1) being the model of balance and health, like a professional athlete (less than 1% of the population) or athletic body type — the more physical health that directly correlates. Keeping in mind that science is trailblazing new frontiers on many fronts, including CRISPR gene editing. Mental, emotional, and spiritual states are whole other conversations.

The healthier the body, and the healthier the living in terms of diet, exercise, and lifestyle overall, including a sustainable environment, no less, the likelihood greatly increases that the better the specific human being will age well as time passes. Aging gracefully and sustainably is all about maintaining balance and health over the long term. Although genetics/DNA/genes do have their fair say.

Insights from Gnosis: Metabolism – Passive/Resting BMR (Mifflin St Jeor Equation) & Active (Harris-Benedict Equation)

The Mifflin St Jeor equation — which calculates basal metabolic rate (BMR) — is considered to be the most accurate mathematically scientific measure for metabolism to date, for Metabolism Mathematics Equations/Formulas/Algorithms both males and females.

  • Female – ((9.99 x weight/kg)+(6.25 x height/cm)-(4.25 x age) – 166)x.15)-(9.99 x weight/kg)+(6.25 x height/cm)-(4.25 x age) – 166)
  • Male – ((9.99 x weight/kg)+(6.25 x height/cm)-(4.25 x age) + 5)x.15)-(9.99 x weight/kg)+(6.25 x height/cm)-(4.25 * age) + 5)

Moreover, the Harris-Benedict equation is scientifically respected as a reliable means to estimate activity level. It produces a reliable overall metabolism/metabolic rate. Fellow One Research, using The Four (4) Body Type and Body Type Quiz scientific research data to date, has scientifically adjusted these equations to better evaluate things for each individual research participant’s body type. This is accomplished through the FORMR (Fellow One Research Metabolism Rate) Adjusted Mifflin St Jeor formula BMR score and FORMA (Fellow One Research Metabolism Activity) Adjusted Harris-Benedict formula activity score.

Slow, Normal, Fast Metabolism – Decreased, Steady, Increased Metabolic Rate

The FORMR formula determines the Mifflin-St Jeor equation BMR relative to proprietary The Four Body Types variables. It scores the individual research participant on a slow, normal/average, or fast (not possible at this time) metabolism scale. The FORMA formula reckons the Adjusted Harris-Benedict equation for activity (using basic cardio and resistance exercise along with work activity data). It judges the individual research participant in terms of a decreased, steady, or increased metabolic rate scale.

Insight from Gnosis: Obesity is a Disease, Like Cancer It is Very Serious & Expensive

Standard Science/Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) Diagram/Image - The Four (4) Body Types
Standard Science/Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) Diagram/Image

If the disease of obesity really is just about daily calorie intake versus daily calorie burn, as mainstream science and medical doctors claim, then all any human being has to do to look like a Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) with all muscles and muscles mass fully developed, no less, is reduce daily calorie intake and increase daily calories burn.

However, stories abound about people who put in the work and lose the weight. But, when they get to their medically safe and accepted Standard BMI weight range, even at the lower end of their range, they do not experience a Standard Body Type One (BT1) with muscle/muscle mass fully developed. They experience some form of skinny fat where there should be muscle/muscle mass.

It would be one thing if this only happened in older people. We know that as the body ages muscle and collagen degrades. But all kinds of skinny fat happen in young people as well. Thanks, genetics.

Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) & The Obesity Disease

If mainstream science is correct, and all human beings are born in a Standard Body Type One (BT1), with the rare exceptions of diagnosed abnormalities or deformities like scoliosis or Poland Syndrome, then how does mainstream science explain skinny fat in young people of all ages, at the very least? It cannot explain it. The Four (4) Body Types do explain it.

Choose to Live Healthy to Overcome the Disease of Obesity

As obesity is genetically common in my family, as an original Body Type Four (BT4), I have worked my ass off for nearly 40 years to truly comprehend and overcome the disease of obesity, including normal weight obesity. I made a conscious choice in my early 20’s to stop eating junk, processed, and fast food, no less. As my knowledge and understanding have grown as the years have passed, I have learned to greatly improve my diet, exercise, and lifestyle routines to achieve real health.

This includes improving my body’s:

*muscle/muscle mass (resting/passive and active metabolism)

          *posture (vertebrae/spinal extension),

*immunity (enteric brain/gut feeling/positive gut bacteria)

Which in turn strengthens my ability to hold the energy (as our research grows, this is an area of research we very much want to build out).

Wrangling Diseases Like Obesity & Cancer

Healthcare costs should reflect true health. We need an accurate set of vetted standards that fairly represent scientific body types (The Four Body Types). As well, there have to be consequences to choices and actions.

About Fellow One Research SustainabilityRight now, there are no consequences as fast, processed, and junk food corporations nor do consumers pay any tax relative to how healthy or unhealthy food products and services are. These companies spend millions upon billions of dollars lobbying in the political and marketing realms. They make sure their profits are not damaged and that their customers are not “punished” so that neither are held accountable for such unhealthy products and services.

Sustainable Healthcare

All the while, the health of the average person suffers greatly, including the worsening worldwide obesity epidemic, as healthcare costs soar unsustainably. Sustainable health care is built by taxing the foods, drinks, products, and services people consume daily that damage human health. People can still be free to choose/live their life as they want.

They can eat whatever food they want, exercise or not, and live whatever lifestyle they want. However, they are immediately paying for their choices and actions in terms of “health insurance” relative to the ‘sin tax’ on food, drink, and other products and services they buy/purchase in their day-to-day life that are scientifically known to damage human health.

You want to buy and consume unhealthy fast, junk, and/or processed food. Fine. Pay the health care consumption tax at the same time you pay for the unhealthy food/drink/product/service. That tax money then goes into the centralized healthcare insurance pool fund. The healthier and more sustainable the product and/or service, the less tax that is paid (no tax would mean it is a truly sustainable, super healthy product and/or service). To that end, the more sin tax revenue, the lower the health care premiums.

Choosing to Live Healthy to Overcome the Disease of Obesity – Body Type, Diet, Exercise, Lifestyle

Return on Investment - HealthI choose to eat and live healthily. This means willfully wanting to invest in spending more money on healthy food. It means consciously embracing my daily energy investment by doing healthy cardio (walking/hiking, no less) and resistance (weightlifting, calisthenics, isometrics) exercises. I take pride in my awareness to devote myself to a healthy lifestyle overall. And these investments/choices have greatly paid off.

The return on my investment has been genuinely worthwhile, and readily translated into our Body Type Science research data,  All that being said, the fact is, my human body has NEVER looked like mainstream science’s Standard Body Type One (BT1). Why? Because genetic scientific body type matters. Learn more about The Four Body Types.

Insights from Gnosis: Why Body Type Shape Matters – Posture, Muscle Mass & Holding the Energy

As more attention is given to and scientific research is brought forward in terms of body type shape and being obese, one Obese Body Type People - Different Shapeswould think that both childhood and adult obesity cases would have improved. Especially over the past 20 years as diet , exercise, and lifestyle have become better understood and implemented, at least in first-world countries. However, the scientific evidence simply does not support this conclusion to date.

Obesity is actually on the rise and continues to be a very serious worldwide health epidemic, which significantly impacts affordable healthcare, or lack thereof.

The idea that the main fundamental cause of obesity and being overweight/fat is due to an energy imbalance between calories consumed and calories expended, all be it a viable variable in things, just does not add up relative to the whole. There are other body type shape variables that are not being given the credence and attention they deserve to help truly understand, wrangle, and overcome the global obesity epidemic. Aside from diet, exercise, lifestyle, BMI, and hormones, at least five of those important variables are genetics/DNA, vertebrae/posture, muscles/muscle mass, skinny fat, and metabolism.

How Genetics/DNA, Metabolism, Posture, Skinny Fat, and Muscles/Muscle Mass Affect Weight & Body Type Shape

The more properly developed muscle and muscle mass that one has on their body altogether, usually the less skinny fat and fat they have and more the efficient their metabolism is overall. Both passive/resting (Mifflin-St Jeor BMR/Basal Metabolic Rate) and active (Harris-Benedict BMR for Activity) metabolic rate/metabolism are key elements in burning calories, and thus fat, to keep obesity in check. Muscle goes hand-in-hand with each specific vertebra in the spinal column, directly influencing posture, shape, and human body type (The Four Body Types) as a whole.

In turn, all of this affects weight gain, loss, management, maintenance, and the obesity roller coaster ride.

Halle Berry - 50s

Sean Penn - 50s
Sean Penn in His 50s

Elizabeth Hurley 50s
Elizabeth Hurley in Her 50s

A genetically blessed person with a Body Type One, which has all 26 (7 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, 1 sacrum, 1 coccyx) vertebrae fully developed with proper muscle and muscle mass, by default has a more efficient metabolism and symmetrical body shape from day one. They have a much lower propensity towards skinny fat and obesity and a much higher tendency to have fully developed muscle mass over the span of their lifetime, with minimal effort. This is why Body Type One (BT1) Celebrity Hollywood A-list stars like Elizabeth Hurley, Sean Penn, and Halle Berry have such body type shapes, and thus, higher tendencies to look so fantastically symmetrical and healthy, even well into their 50’s and beyond (yes, some do plastic surgery, but not all).

Why Body Type Matters

As proper vertebrae and muscle mass development declines and skinny fat increases across Body Type Two (BT2), Three (BT3), and Four’s (BT4), the propensity to be overweight, fat, and obese goes up. This is due to the fact that metabolism becomes less efficient, as one pound of muscle burns six calories daily but one pound of skinny fat/fat only burns two to three. Which directly affects posture and body shape.

This is why celebrities as well as average people in a BT2, BT3, or BT4 (like Rebel Wilson), regardless of age, can work super diligently on their diet, exercise, and lifestyle over time yet still only hope to look like one of those Body Type One (BT1) A-list celebrities. Skinny fat directly, negatively influences muscles and each of the vertebra that houses those muscles, and ultimately, the shape of the body. Body type matters.

Body Type, Soul, Star Power, IT Factor

Statistically speaking, with how many Body Type One people there are in the world, why are there so few A-List celebrities? Soul Energy, Star Power, IT Factor - Holding Energy, Standing the Heat - Body Type ShapeEnter the soul and soul energy. Soul energy is the accumulated energy over lifetimes lived. The more soul energy one has, the more star power (talent, skill, ability) and IT Factor (charisma, presence, charm) the person commands and exudes (AKA old soul). The more aggregate soul energy, the more energy the soul/person has to be held by the human body.

Muscle, the armor of the human body, not only helps determine body shape but is also what holds energy and stands heat the best. It also directly affects consciousness and manifestation. Fat can hold some energy and stand at least a little heat, but nowhere near as much or as well as properly developed muscle/mass. This is why you are much less likely to see an overweight or obese Body Type Two, Three, or Four A-List star. And why skinny fat and the obesity paradox are vital variables in all of this as well.

How Body Type Shape & Soul Energy Influences Holding the Energy

Lone House After HurricaneThe more properly developed vertebrae (posture), muscle, and muscle mass, and the more cumulative soul energy the soul residing within the specific human body type commands, the higher the probability that soul/person can hold the energy and stand the heat in day-to-day life and achieve A-list level celebrity status. A hurricane is one of the most powerful natural events on Earth. The amount of energy it packs as it makes landfall is comparable to a 10-megaton nuclear bomb detonating every 20 minutes.

House Still Standing After HurricaneRecent photos of a few remaining houses on beaches after hurricanes sum up holding the energy and standing the heat very well. Think of each house in those images as a Body Type One (or maybe one of the smaller ones as a BT2 with profound soul energy). They survived the hurricane because they were able to truly hold the energy and stand the heat.

All the other houses were either BT2, BT3, or BT4’s, or a BT1 that was lacking the soul energy to hold the energy and stand the heat. This is why even most people with a BT1 fail to become A-list level stars – they lack the combined, necessary soul energy (star power & IT Factor) and body type to truly hold the energy and stand the heat when it really matters. Any successful Hollywood casting agent, no less, who has a very keen sense of both star power and IT factor relative to auditions, can verify this fact.
