Insights from Gnosis: Exercise, Cardio and Resistance (Weightlifting, Calisthenics & Isometrics)

Man Jogging - Cardio ExerciseFor the average person, cardio and resistance exercise are not as daunting as they sound. In fact, the best cardio exercise is actually regular walking. Yep, you heard that right.

Consistent daily walking, particularly when done in no less than solid half-hour segments, has strong scientific backing making it a kind of superpower. But, the truth is, even a ten-minute walk can be beneficial to the functioning of the brain, including memory.

Cardio Exercise – Increasing Metabolic Rate to Burn More Calories

Really want to increase your metabolic rate to burn more calories? At moderate steady-state intensity, walk 45 minutes to 1.5 hours every day. The longer and more consistently you do this (every day for several months, no less), the more of a metabolic rate increase you will experience (and the more calories you will burn). Depending on all the variables involved, including body type, it may take longer for some people than others to see desired results.

Hiking is another outstanding cardio exercise. As is swimming, elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, step machine, etc. So are most sports including basketball, soccer, tennis, football, lacrosse, track and field, hockey, etc. Even safe, clean, regular monogamous sex can qualify if engaged in long enough.

Some of the known health benefits of cardio exercise:

  1. reduces stress
  2. Cardio Exercise - Walking, Hiking, Running Outdoorshelps regulate heart rate and blood pressure and strengthen the heart
  3. burn calories
  4. weight loss and gain management & maintenance, including reduced fat weight and obesity (childhood & adult)
  5. appetite control
  6. enhanced mood, energy levels, and even sex drive
  7. improved brain functioning, including memory and processing
  8. more restful sleep
  9. reduced inflammation (anti-inflammatory) which can improve conditions relative to arthritis and stiff, painful, aching joints & ligaments
  10. healthier gut bacteria biome, immunity, fluid intelligence (enteric brain/gut feeling), and gut-brain axis

There is a lot of scientific evidence that supports the helpful potential of running/jogging as a useful cardio exercise. Although, one must remember that body type  — more specifically muscle, muscle mass, vertebrae, posture (spinal extension), and skinny fat — all these are vital variables that must be accounted for in things. The more balanced the human body type, the more beneficial overall the cardio exercise.

The more out of balance the body type, the more issues that will likely manifest from the improper wearing of joints, ligaments, cartilage, bone, muscles, etc. Attrition becomes more pronounced the more unbalance that is present. Which is why walking right, or learning to walk right, is crucial to successful cardio and resistance exercise and avoiding premature and unnecessary wear and tear in the long run, including averting, at least, knee, hip, and ankle surgery as one ages.

Best Resistance Exercise for Health – Weightlifting, Calisthenics, Isometrics

Growing evidence only further strengthens the importance of resistance exercise including weightlifting, calisthenics, and isometrics (gravity). Current science links both Resistance Exercise - Weightlifting Male Body Type One (BT1)cardio and resistance exercise to healthy gut flora (good bacteria)aging, and longevity. Resistance exercise, when done correctly, helps maintain and build muscle and mass, strengthen bones, and is associated with many of the same positive benefits as cardio exercise. Free weights have their advantages and disadvantages, as do weight machines.

Nowadays, with the negative effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic worldwide, gyms are much less accessible and not an option for more people than usual. Isometrics, when done Yoga & Pilates - Best Cardio and Resistance (Isometric) Exercisecorrectly, can be a viable resistance exercise substitute for weightlifting, especially when combined with at-home resistance gyms/free weights. The idea is using gravity against the body along with the body itself as a means of resistance/weight to strengthen, tone, and even build muscle mass. Yoga, pilates, and other popular forms of exercise use at least a type of isometrics in typical routines.

The experimental, proprietary Restructuring Process being developed by Fellow One Research in relation to the Body Type Science theory (The Four Body Types) research data offers similar cardio and resistance isometric benefits. Something like a cross between yoga, pilates, and conscious walking the right way. This is even more true when it comes to Body Type Two, Three, and Fours.

Insights from Gnosis: Moderation and Balance in Life & Work

Moderation and balance in daily life directly correlate to health in general. The human body has many different physical signs Moderation & Balance in Lifeof health and unhealth. A poor-quality lifestyle that is lacking balance and moderation in diet (food and drink) and exercise (cardio and resistance/weightlifting/isometrics) will most likely lead to unhealthy signs. Those signs include disease (many kinds including obesity, diabetes, cancer, etc.), stress, inflammation, weakened immunity, poor aging, and reduced overall bodily functioning. That, along with poor quality skin, hair, nails, teeth, tongue, energy levels (fatigue and sluggishness), sleep, sexual performance, relationships, work/career achievement, and overall day-to-day functioning.

Just as a moderate, balanced, healthy diet, exercise program, and overall lifestyle will most probably lead to physical signs of health in all those same things, including more graceful aging.

Of course, genetics (DNA) add to the greyness of things. But that greyness can become more black and white the more balanced the lifestyle as a whole, in moderation. Moderation is a tricky thing, as what might be moderate for one genetic scientific body type may not be moderate for another. The soul energy theory and the ability to hold the energy — star power and it factor — matter as well.  The same is true for mental (mind), emotional (energy in motion), and spiritual (soul/spirit) health. Balance and moderation in every life choice that one makes are vital to maintaining overall health.

Balance & Moderation – Body Type and Soul Energy

As important as genetic scientific body type is overall, along with all the other variables mentioned and more, the theory of soul energy (in relation to Chi/Ki/Qi/Prana, Chakras, kundalini, etc.) is in play. As the theory goes, the immortal soul is what remains when the human body dies. Upon Male/Masculine & Female/Feminine Energy - Balance and Moderationdeath, the human body is dead and gone, but the everlasting soul continues on its journey of reincarnation and eternal life.

Moreover, as the soul experiences lifetime after lifetime, sometimes as a male, to whatever degree, sometimes as a female, to whatever degree, the soul grows and gains soul energy. The name of the game is mastering (balance) all aspects of being human, including being male (masculine) and female (feminine). The stronger the body type, the more developed muscle mass, the more energy the body can hold. The stronger the soul energy, the more soul energy there is for the body to hold; the more ability one has in terms of holding the energy and standing the heat in real life.

Considering all the variables mentioned so far, at least, every choice an individual soul makes in any given lifetime is honestly judged in terms of moderation and balance, or lack thereof. The more the soul’s energy aggregately reflects moderation and honesty across all choices and lifetimes, the more balanced that souls energy. More times than not, the more balanced the overall soul energy the more that balance is reflected in the physical human body (type), the mental body (mind), the emotional body (energy in motion), and the spiritual body (soul). As the opposite is also true, the more unbalance and lack of moderation in overall lifetime choices is reflected accordingly.

Jesus and Mary Magdalene in America

Jesus called himself the Son of Man. Translated into modern English, Jesus was calling himself, like Mary Magdalene and Jesus & Mary Family Tree - DNA/Genetics - Holy Grail Bloodlineeveryone else, a human being. Not the Son of God.

Yet, by the very nature of his soul — his cumulative experience over many incarnate lifetimes (reincarnation), his overall knowledge (gnosis), balance, awareness, and wisdom, mistakes and flaws, kindness and generosity, genuineness and humanness, and sheer honesty as a whole — all of this and more is what made Jesus of Nazareth both the human being and the Christ that He Is (gnostic).

Rejected and outcast by most during his time, including his fellow Nazaretheans, Jesus’ message was focused on truly caring about the betterment of fellow human beings through equality, justice, fairness, genuineness, and honesty.

Mary Magdalene and Jesus – Progeny & Genetics/DNA

The only way to ensure that the message truly survived intact and as unadulterated as possible, Jesus and Mary Magdalene DNA/Genetics - Progenywas through progeny. Passing on their genetics/DNA (line of David). Not only does the historical evidence heavily favor Jesus and Mary Magdalene being husband and wife with a child, it is simply common sense.

Why would the “Son of God” come to Earth for a fleeting moment in time, and simply allow himself to be crucified with no progeny or real way for his true message to survive and live on? The historical accounts and evidence put Mary Magdalene in pole position. She was the Apostle of the apostles and actual leader once Jesus was gone.

Mary Magdalene and Child – The Journey West in the Boat with No Oars

Newport Tower, Rhode Island - Jesus and Mary Magdala in America
Newport Tower, Rhode Island

Fearing for both her child’s life and her own, not long after the seemingly extraordinary events relative to Jesus after the crucifixion, Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary fled the Holy Land to Alexandria in Egypt. Moving on to southern France via what was said to be in a boat with no oars, Kensington Rune Stone - Jesus & Mary in America Family Land Claimthe story winds through the centuries involving no less than Rennes le Chateau, the Merovingians, Cathars (Catharism), Knights Templar (Poor Knights of Christ, Order of St. John, Hospitaller, Knights of Rhodes, Knights of Malta), Leonardo Da Vinci, and Founding Fathers (Freemasons).

It leads from France to Portugal to Scotland to Nova Scotia (Oak Island) down into (to name a few) Maine (Spirit Pond), Massachusetts (Westford Knight), Rhode Island (Narragansett runestone) including the Newport Tower (points to Kensington, MN), Michigan (Copper Harbor Norse Sailing Ship) straight into the heart of America to the Kensington Runestone in Minnesota (a land claim and relevant treaties with native inhabitants) over the centuries — two millennia of clandestine hard work and unrecognized sacrifice by countless honest incarnate souls, including Jacques de Molay and Henry Sinclair (St. Clair).

Oak Island, Knights Templar Finds – Cross and Lead Cargo Bag Seal Made of Southern French Lead

Jesus and Mary Magdalene - Christopher Columbus Santa Maria Ship Flag (Templar)Modern research by many including the likes of Scott Wolter (America Unearthed, History & Travel Channels) and brothers Rick and Marty Lagina (The Curse of Oak Island, History Channel) has revealed Knights Templar - Oak Island Lead Cross & Cross Wall Carving, Lead Cargo Sealeven more intriguing scientific information. Science-based evidence such as the Hooked-X, the M-Sign, and the Templar Flag (Freemasons) that was flown on the ship of Christopher Columbus (Cristóbal Colón) and others.

Finds on Oak Island, backed up by modern science, include the lead cross which is identical to a carving on a Templar wall in southern France. What are the odds of finding that cross, made of lead from southern France, on Oak Island? Not to mention the lead cargo bag seal which is also made from the same southern French lead.

The Real Treasure of Jesus and Mary Magdalene That Disappeared Into History

Jesus and Mary Magdalene (Magdala) - Knights Templar/Poor Knights of Christ FlagCountless other finds and corroborating evidence strongly link the Knights Templar to Oak Island and the supposed history-changing treasure to be found there. It is a fact that when the King of France Knights Templar Flagbetrayed the Knights Templar on Friday the 13th, 1307, an armada of Knights Templar (Freemasons) ships escaped with a massive treasure, disappearing into history. The evidence points to Portugal to Scotland to Oak Island and beyond into America.

Whether the Oak Island treasure is found or not, one thing is for sure, that treasure did not vanish into thin air.  A large portion was likely used to originally find, start, and build the United States of America. Washington, D.C. is emersed in overwhelming Freemason artifacts.

Dan Brown’s 2003 best-selling book The Da Vinci Code spread like wildfire, becoming a planet-wide phenomenon. How much of it is true? Recent evidence helps shed more light.

Jesus and Mary Magdalene – Human Rights Freedom Fighters

Scales of Justice - Jesus & Mary Magdalene (Magdala)Jesus and Mary Magdalene (Magdala) are arguably the most famous human beings to ever live. They were the first known Freedom Fighters to stand up for Human Rights against impossible tyranny, injustice, inequality, and unfairness. Jesus the Christ died for his fellow human beings, including the one that he loved most, Mary Magdalene. He did not die to absolve you or anyone of their sins. They both lived, as do their progeny, to teach you what it means to be a true human being.

Mary Magdalene continued to lead the resistance, traveling arduously while raising their offspring to further continue the resistance. And their progeny – the holy royal bloodline, the holy grail – continues the resistance to this very day. The stage is set, real revolution is once again upon humanity. What do you choose to do?

Mediterranean Diet, Low Carb

Protein is derived from different legumes/beans, lentils, chickpeas (garbanzo), black-eyed peas, fava beans, soybeans (tofu/traditional & tempeh/natto/fermented), quinoa, oats, barley, whole grains, nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, Mediterranean Diet - Protein SoutcesBrazil nuts, etc. and seeds. People who stick to the Mediterranean Diet, including low-carb versions, typically eat lean meat (red meat, poultry/chicken/turkey, pork), although in reduced amounts relative to the “normal” standard American/Western diet (SAD).

Middle-of-the-food-chain fish species like salmon (especially deep water Pacific), sardines, anchovies, cod, and trout, all of which have omega 3 docosahexaenoic acid/DHA & eicosapentaenoic acid/EPA Mediterranean Diet - Salmonfatty acids, are common. These species typically are not exposed to high levels of mercury or other harmful chemicals and are usual choices for seafood and fish.

Eggs and dairy are consumed, but not in the same quantities as the Standard American Diet (SAD). Cows milk is much less consumed in favor of goat and sheep products. Fermented products are popular, like yogurt and kefir, to assist with positive/good bacteria/gut flora, intestinal health, and immunity. People sensitive to dairy will need to be especially aware of their daily calcium needs, at least.

Staying Hydrated

People who follow the Mediterranean Diet regularly drink lots of clean water to avoid dehydration (and slower metabolism, no less). They also consume coffee, tea (particularly green & black), kombucha, and wine, particularly red. Alcohol, like with most everything regarding any healthy diet, is ingested in moderation (and the very latest scientific research shows that alcohol moderation is likely no alcohol at all, except maybe on rare special occasions in small amounts only).

Mediterranean Diet, Moderation

Overeating is frowned upon. Many centenarian people live by the 80% full rule, also called hara hachi bu (Confucian teaching). The general idea is to stop eating when you feel 80% full. Of course, consistent, daily exercise (cardio and resistance/weightlifting/isometrics) and Beans - Protein - Blue Zone Mediterranean Dietbalanced lifestyle choices (proper sleep, relationships/socializing, emotional health, spirituality/soul searching, etc.) are also vital to help keep stress and unbalance to a minimum.

Moderation to maintain minimal stress also includes hobbies. Gardening and being out in nature are two common activities. Finding a healthy hobby can help one’s body and mind stay active and engaged.

For most people, successfully implementing and living the Mediterranean Diet, which can be low carb, means using food as medicine leading to a reduced need to deal with and manage obesity (childhood and adult) and excessive weight loss and gain, no less. As well, it increases the likelihood of efficient and effective organ (heart, liver, kidneys, etc.) functioning and overall health. Genes/genetics inherently play a strong role in things, but the holistic balanced nature of the diet allows for maintaining optimal weight through a healthy, consistent metabolism & bacterial gut health (immunity), at least.

Low Carb

A proper low-carb diet — 37 to 150 or so grams of fiber-focused carbs — encourages and fosters moderation, helping keep stress and disease (obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, arthritis, etc. and possibly even Coronavirus/COVID-19) in check while improving insulin sensitivity, metabolism, Immunity, sleep, and mental health, no less. This allows the human body to function at optimally balanced levels for the short and long terms.

Furthermore, the scientifically-approved Mediterranean Diet can offer various low-carb diet versions, including low-fat, keto, Atkins, and Glycemic Index (GI) chart options, adding to its diversity and overall flexibility. For sustainable, successful acute regular white/yellow fat weight loss, the bullseye is 37 grams of clean, whole food including fiber-focused carbs.

Genetic Scientific Body Type - The Four Body Types
Genetic Scientific Body Type – The Four Body Types

However, physical health and body type matter. More to the point, posture (vertebrae/spinal extension), muscles/muscle mass, and any lack of development thereof. Which of The Four Body Types (genetic scientific body type) you are will further affect variables like skinny fat including normal weight obesity, thin fat, cellulite, crepey skin, and loose/saggy skin.

Skinny fat will also directly affect BMI and metabolism (BMR) — and to at least some degree aging — as well as how you experience the obesity weight loss and gain roller coaster ride, disease, stress, inflammation, immunity (including positive bacteria/gut microbiome health), enteric brain/second brain (gut feeling), affordable healthcare, and your health as a whole.

On a side note: Extra Virgin Coconut Oil  (medium-chain triglyceride, MCT — possible internal health benefits — and saturated fat) – An effective external moisturizer for skin, hair, and nails. Using a small amount, gently massage directly into skin and nails. For dry and/or frizzy hair, apply a small amount to the hair shaft and leave in for desired time (a few minutes to overnight), then wash out. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is great to add to your skin, hair, and nail care routine

Insights from Gnosis: The George Floyd Protests, #BLM, & White Privilege in America

George Floyd - Black Lives Matter Protests - Derek Chauvin Kneeling on NeckThere is plenty of blame and finger-pointing to go around.

If we are honest, this is Minnesota‘s fault. Without the amateur bystander eyewitness video, the white police officer who pressed his knee on George Floyd’s neck for more than 8 minutes, killing him, would have gotten away with it. Why was he still an active-duty officer when he had 17 official complaints against him accusing him of abusing his police power? Hard to believe that 17 official complaints were all invalid. Allowing racist behavior to exist and persist only contributes to the problem, and the protests.

This is Georgia’s fault. Without the video that surfaced relative to Ahmaud Arbery, three white men would have gotten away with cold-blooded murder. Southern states, in general, have notoriously dark histories when it comes to the poor treatment of African Americans. The same is true for every state and law enforcement agency that has ever abused and/or failed to protect the human rights of any citizen, no matter the race or gender or the like.

How the George Floyd Protests Will Help Move America Forward: Honesty

With 40 million Americans out of work thanks to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many are desperate with nothing to lose. Literally homeless, jobless, foodless, and hopeless, time and the right to protest are all they really have. Anger that has been building for more than 400 years is all they really have.

George Floyd - I Can't BreatheLooting, violence, vandalism, and destruction are not right, they are wrong. But so is cold-blooded murder, inequality, unfairness, and injustice, whether at the hands of rogue police or cowboy citizens. Either we all follow and are bound by the law fairly and equally, or we are not.

If I am a protestor, especially if I am black, what incentive do I have to follow curfew laws or commands from police and law enforcement when they have no respect for me or my life? How do I truly feel safe? How do I explain to my children how to behave in the presence of police when all the evidence shows that no matter what they do, if they are black/nonwhite they will more probably still unlawfully lose their life?

A Tale of Two Americas – Racism & White Privilege

Geogr Floyd Mural - I Can't BreatheGeorge Floyd I am. #ICantBreathe The arrest of the main police officer, Derek Chauvin, involved in his murder is a step in the right direction. But why the delay in the arrests of the other three police officers involved? Moreover, the arrests of the three white men in Ahmaud Arbery’s murder is also a positive step forward. But all are entirely too late in coming. Why must it take nationwide protests and outrage to see any action or justice? UPDATE: Derek Chauvin found guilty of murder in the death of George Floyd

If it had been a white man that day in Minnesota, would the outcome have been the same? No, it would not. And even if the outcome was the same, would it have taken so long for arrests to be made? No. There are two Americas right now. The time is long overdue to become one.

No Justice, No Peace.

Research Participant Question #1 – Body Type and Skinny Fat – How to Lose Fat Weight in My Hips & Thighs

As a young 20-something millennial, although obesity has never been a real problem in my life, I have always been curious about my body type and more recently skinny fat. Presently I am at 5’8″ and 130 pounds. The heaviest my weight has ever been was 145 pounds when I was 19. It took me two years to lose 25 pounds and return to my normal medically accepted weight range.

However, I failed to successfully keep the weight off, gaining 10 pounds back in a year. Although I cannot say that I have dealt with obvious skinny fat throughout my life, I can say that my body type has never been as toned and muscular as I would like. I Research Participant - Lauren Cyr - Lumbar L1-L5 Vertebrae - BT2wonder why?

My Body Type & Skinny Fat

After coming across The Four Body Types research and while browsing online, from what I can tell, I have issues with my lumbar vertebrae not being fully developed. My posture is questionable and I am missing muscle mass in my L1-L5 vertebrae specifically. I do have the dimples and classic arch that are found in a fully developed Body Type One, but mine are not nearly as developed as a classic Body Type One arch and dimples. It is a fact that I have stronger tendencies to put on fat weight and deal with skinny fat in my hips and thighs. All of this is beginning to make more sense and leads me to believe that I am a Body Type Two.

Now that I have a better sense of what my body type is, it makes me think more about the term skinny fat, particularly in my hips and thighs. Has skinny fat always been an issue in my life and I just never knew it because I lacked the awareness and never had a way to explain or define or describe it? No one to talk with about it even if I did? I think now that this is probably true. So what can I do about being skinny fat? How do I add muscle mass and tone my body type as I want?

Skinny Fat, Body Type, and that Pesky Fat in My Hips & Thighs

Research Participant Question #1 – Body Type and Skinny Fat – How to Lose Fat Weight in My Hips & ThighsVery aware that diet, exercise, lifestyle, and metabolism overall are very important, I keep my diet pretty healthy. I consistently eat as much organic food as I can. Sometimes carnivore, sometimes vegetarian, and rarely vegan, I usually stick to a mostly omnivore diet. My daily diet usually consists, in varying combinations of protein, carbs, and fats per each meal, of red meat, dairy, chicken, eggs, vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, chickpeas, coffee, kombucha, and healthy oils and fats like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, etc.

Furthermore, I am very diligent with my daily cardio exercise, including walking, hiking, running, and sports. I stay active at least 6 days per week doing no less than 30 minutes per day. I also do resistance exercise, including both weightlifting and isometric training, roughly 3 days per week for 30 minutes. Yet, like I already said, I find that most of my weight and skinny fat issues occur in my hips and thighs, apparently because I am a Body Type Two.

Can you help me more clearly understand why it is so hard for me to lose fat and weight in my hips and thighs?

Insights from Gnosis: Conspiracy Theories, Virus Conspiracists, Anti-Vaxxers: What is Real?

Polio, the measles, the mumps, smallpox, and other viruses all have been no less than brought under control thanks to successful vaccines. We know this for a fact because all these viruses/diseases, along with the help of improved diet (nutrition), exercise, lifestyle, and Antivaccination/Anti-Vaxxers - Vaccine Conspiracy Theoriesimmunity, have basically disappeared or at least been well-wrangled in the first world. Well, until recently when the anti-vaccination (anti-vaxxer) movement gained steam — now the measles and mumps are making a comeback.

This, of course, does not mean that all vaccines work or are truly effective, safe, or worthwhile. The flu vaccine is much less effective because there are so many different evolving strains of the flu. But, all in all, vaccines do work and are vital tools in the medical toolbox to fight viruses and disease.

Risk is inherent in life. The risk of getting a vaccine and possibly experiencing negative and harmful side-effects, versus not getting the vaccine and risking disease, long-term unhealth, and even death. Not to mention the health care costs that can come with becoming seriously sick/ill which can include loss of work and inability to pay bills. All of which can put undue stress on the individual and their family and friends.

The Dangers of Conspiracy Theories

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is wreaking havoc on our world and lives. Many people are suffering and dying from the devasting illness itself. Many more are suffering from not being able to work. No work means people cannot pay their bills or rent or support their families. Which can be just as devastating as getting seriously sick. But desperation and ignorance do not justify or make virus conspiracists’ conspiracy theories ok.

In fact, it really only increases the risk further. Aside from a vaccine or cure, the only viable, safe way to reopen the economy is to have accurate, regularly available COVID-19 testing. Trump would rather lie and spout conspiracy theories, blame Obama and everyone else, claim testing is “beautiful” as is or not necessary, and throw 5-year-old tantrums than take responsibility and do what is right.

Life is evolution. Survival is dependant on one’s ability to truly adapt, evolve, and change. In times like this, this especially involves learning new skills and abilities so as to be able to perform different/new types of work/jobs. The internet and online world makes such learning and jobs more accessible to many more people. But too many people are resistant to change.

Conspiracy Theories – Frontline Workers & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Choosing not to believe the current evidence and facts while calling the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic a hoax only puts lives in danger, including your own. You cannot work if you are seriously sick or dead, nor can you pay your bills or support your family. And you needlessly put other people, including your family and friends, as well as health care workers and other front-liners in further jeopardy with such egregious carelessness and ignorance.

Michigan Coronavirus (COVID-19) Protestors Not Wearing Personal Protective Gear (PPE) - Conspiracy TheoriesBy not wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), particularly in public, including face masks, your dishonest selfishness puts everyone else in danger. This disease is highly contagious, spread simply by breathing/breath and talking/singing (vapor droplets). Frontline workers are not invincible, nor expendable.

Scientific Versus Unscientific – Conspiracy Theories

In no way is it scientific to say we have no evidence for something and therefore that somehow means we know everything about it, including that it for certain does not exist, is not real, or is not true. This is not how science works. Refusing to genuinely look at new ideas, theories, evidence, data, information, and such with unbiased eyes because/as if we already know everything about everything is the definition of unscientific.

The honest truth is, we humans know very little about anything — we are not even a Type 1 civilization/species. And what little we do know, we have learned most of it in just the past 100 years or so. Yet, there are a lot of “scientists” (both professionals and laypeople alike) out there who adamantly and stubbornly hold to painfully outdated, obviously incorrect, ignorant, and dishonest points of view/perspectives relative to “accepted” evidence and facts about history as if it is written in stone and the case is closed. Which is the same thing as pushing false and inaccurate conspiracy theories.

Conspiracy Theories - Evolution - Humans Have Note Event Achieved to Type 1 Civilization

True scientists are not static with no intention of honestly reviewing new data and information to adapt, evolve, and change their point of view and perspective. True scientists are dynamic. Research Participant: Female Body Types – Defining My Body According to The Four Body Types

Female Body Types - Endomorph, Ecotmorph, Mesomorph (Three)As a female, have you ever wondered about all the different supposed body types out there? “You’re an apple and I’m a pear.” I’ve heard my friends utter these words countless times as we’ve shared clothes, compared our figures, and complained about our sizes. What does any of it even mean? Are there really only three female body types in terms of endomorph, ectomorph, and mesomorph? Why are we even comparing ourselves to fruit? What about hormone body types?

What if there was another way for females and males to define our body types?

My general practitioner has often asked me what I do to strengthen my back. He has stressed the importance of a strong back in order to maintain a healthy body, robust immune and gut health, reinforce good posture, and relieve back pain.

Taking my doctor’s advice into account, and reviewing the most recent data from Fellow One Research’s The Four Body Types theory and research, looking at my back, vertebrae, muscle mass, and posture to define my body type began to make more sense.

When It Comes to Female Body Types, What Am I Looking For?

Research Participant: Female Body Types – Defining My Body According to The Four Body TypesI had to understand what I was looking at before analyzing my back. According to The Four Body Types, I needed to look at my spine, specifically the individual vertebrae–the building blocks of the spinal column. Of course I can’t easily see my own vertebrae. However, I can get a good idea of things in relation to my posture, the amount of fat throughout my back, and the lack of muscle mass and definition.

Focusing on these details, my initial conclusion is that I am a Body Type Three. Looking closely at my back I see a lot of fat. It is soft, doughy, and lacks muscle definition. The Fellow One Research website, and The Four Body Types data, includes images of the spinal column, classic arch, and Body Type One dimples. By looking at this information I was able to estimate which of my vertebrae are lacking development.

Analyzing My Female Back Using The Four Body Types

Female Body Types - Meredith Smith's Body Type ThreeIn particular, the fat begins above my mid-back, around the Cervical C7 down through the Thoracic T5 or T6 vertebrae. It increases around my lower back, the L1-L5 vertebraeMy spinal extension as a whole is partially developed. This results in poor posture, which I now know comes from a lack of muscle mass and probably underdeveloped vertebraeMy back begins to bend slightly forward right around my bra strap. I can feel that my shoulders are hunched when I’m sitting or standing.

A Body Type One is the ideal body type found in every modern-day anatomy book. This body type likely has fully developed, built, defined, and balanced muscle mass and vertebrae. Comparing myself to the image of a Female Body Type One, the differences are immediately obvious. There is no arch in my back, nor is there a sign of dimples that are prominent in people who have Body Type One. This body type has defined muscles and lacks fat, unlike my body.

Could I ever be a Body Type One? What would I need to do in order to achieve developed spinal extension, vertebrae, and muscle mass? What combination of diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes would help me accomplish this? How do genetics play into things?

Diet, Exercise, Lifestyle, and Genetics

Questions about diet and exercise have plagued me for as long as I’ve battled with the number on the scale. From a young age I struggled with my weight. Instead of participating in activities that got me moving, I chose more sedentary activities like reading books or watching TV. I made questionable lifestyle choices and developed unhealthy eating habits, coping with sadness and anxiety by eating “comfort” foods. As I grew up the habits I developed in my youth stuck with me, and so did the pounds.

Looking for an easy way to shed the weight I often turned to the internet. I would search “how to lose weight fast” and read dozens of articles. Each one touted some fad diet or exercise program or routine that promised I’d lose ten pounds in a week. The information was overwhelming and no matter what I tried the results were always the same. Failure. At least in the long-term.

I went on countless crash diets, exercised seven days a week until I dropped from exhaustion, and even starved myself. I was hungry and tired, but I told myself it was worth it in order to look like the A-list stars, those females with the ideal body type I so admired. With this extreme combination of diet and exercise I did lose weight, but I wasn’t fit and toned like I imagined I’d be. Instead, I was skinny fat. The fat was still there, just less of it, and there was little to no muscle underneath the fat. As soon as I began eating my favorite comfort foods the weight came back, almost double.

What Role Do Genetics Play In Female Body Types?

Genetics and The Four Body TypesDiet and exercise can alter the size of my body, but it will never change the shape of my body. According to the findings of this study on the genetic basis of body shape, your body shape is genetically predetermined, including spinal/vertebrae extension (posture) and muscle mass. Hence, as a Body Type Three I am much more likely to be obese, and becoming skinny fat is a strong possibility when I do lose the weight. It takes more effort to lose weight in regards to diet, exercise, and overall lifestyle changes. While taking much less effort to put the weight back on. Metabolism and muscle mass go hand-in-hand. And, as I have now surmised, having defined muscles, or being ripped, such as a Body Type One, is nearly impossible for someone like me.

What Does All of This Mean?

Since birth, I was genetically predisposed to be a Body Type Three. It was never going to be easy for me to manage my weight and stay off of the obesity weight gain and loss roller coaster ride. And I am certain now not as easy as it is for someone who is a Body Type One.

As a female who is sick of being compared to fruit, I am happy to know my body type and understand what it means in terms of my ability to manage my weight and shape. Knowing that I may never be able to achieve a Body Type One without serious, guided training or even more drastic measures, such as surgery, is actually a relief. Because knowing is half the battle. Instead of focusing on the unrealistic and unattainable image of an A-list star/celebrity or the body type of a professional athlete, I can have more realistic and manageable goals based on my actual body type.

Research Participant: Best Exercise to Lose Belly Fat

Written By: Leigh Gardner, The Four Body Types Research Participant

Research Participant: Best Exercise to Lose Belly Fat

It’s taken me years to figure out the best exercise to lose belly fat for me. I never took my weight seriously until I tipped the scale at 260 pounds. Before that, I never gave exercise a second thought. I hated gym class, I couldn’t be caught dead going outside, and I never thought exercise could be fun. Once I became serious about my weight, and how it was affecting my health, I learned what the best exercise to lose belly fat is for me.

High Hopes – Best Diet & Exercise to Lose Belly Fat

Best Exercise to Lose Belly Fat - Body Type Four When I found out I weighed 260 pounds, I didn’t know what the best diet and exercise to lose belly fat was for me. The first diet I followed was Atkins. I thought it was amazing at the beginning when the weight just fell off and I didn’t even incorporate exercise into my routine. If I was losing weight through diet alone, I didn’t need to worry about being active. I thought I would just become slim and toned and look like Jennifer Lawrence!

Jennifer Lawrence - Best Exercise to Lose Belly FatWithin six months, my weight went down to 180 pounds! Unfortunately, staying motivated was hard for me. My patience was wearing thin and I had trouble remaining disciplined and finding consistency in my daily routines. And let’s be honest, at 180 pounds I still had copious amounts of fat on my body. All initial evidence pointed to the fact that I was probably a weak Body Type Three rather than a Body Type One like J-Law. My body didn’t look anything like Jennifer Lawrence’s body.

As I gained more confidence in my diet and food choices and became more acutely aware of my health, I was determined to continue with my weight loss efforts. I just had to figure out a more long-lasting, sustainable approach. My body was still so obese with skinny fat (cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, normal weight obesity). The idea of going outside and being active was embarrassing. Forget about stepping foot in a gym!

Figuring Out the Best Exercise for Me to Lose Belly Fat

After a year, I finally got a new job with affordable healthcare insurance. I was able to see a doctor who diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). I learned that roughly between 10% and 60% of people with hypothyroidism and 20% up to 80% of people with PCOS struggle with weight loss and obesity. It’s not absolute that these conditions were the only cause for why I had such issues with my weight loss and gain efforts. However, they were not helping.

At the same time, I admit that my life choices weren’t making it any easier for me. And how much body type, posture, and muscle mass plays into things I did not know. The same is true for hypothyroidism. Diet and lifestyle are still one of the biggest culprits so it wouldn’t be fair to blame these conditions entirely on how sedentary I’ve been (all too often it is too easy to blame something else). With the right medications, however, and encouraging words from a dietician and coworkers, my newfound enthusiasm led to my eating habits and lifestyle gradually changing for the better. Soon enough I found myself in the employee gym at lunchtime.

I thought the best exercise for belly fat would be cardio exercises like running or jogging. That is when I discovered the elliptical. With it being low-impact, working out didn’t seem as exhausting or painful. I use an elliptical to this day. With my confidence increasing, I started more outdoor activities, including hiking. After three years of hard work, my weight lowered to a healthy 120 pounds.

When Cardio Exercise Isn’t Enough

Jennifer Lawrence - Best Exercise to Lose Belly FatYet, even with all of this physical activity and exercise now incorporated into my life and the obvious improvement to my health, I noticed that my body still had (and has) a lot of fat on it. I was skinny fat even at 120 pounds. I became more convinced that I was a Body Type Four, not a weak Body Type Three – but I am not totally certain to this day. At 120 pounds my body may have resembled something close to Jennifer Lawrence’s Body Type One (her weight in the pictures shown is roughly 132 pounds according to Google), but the truth is my Body Type Four was missing so much default muscle/mass and tone.

For whatever reasons (at that time I had no idea what those reasons were), there was more cellulite and thin fat with loose and saggy skin all over my body. Even at 120 pounds! It was the first time I realized how seriously my body was missing muscle mass and Best Exercise to Lose Belly Fat - 120 Pounds & Still Skinny Fattone throughout, and specifically in places like my lower thoracic vertebrae. Those vertebrae were simply undeveloped, or at best underdeveloped.

Even at 120 pounds, my arms had no muscle, just skinny fat flab. Why? I could see my rib cage, but no abs, no definable muscle or mass. Why? There was only the faintest arch in my lower back, but no clear extension or definition. Most of it was some type of skinny fat when I was within safe BMI, and included excess fat when I was not. Why?

No Body Type One dimples either. Why? My posture was not good at all. No discernable shoulder blades. Why? My body looked nothing like a Body Type One. Nothing like Jennifer Lawrence’s. Ever. Why? I didn’t get it!  Unfortunately, with my frustration mounting and feeling stuck in my “skinny fat” dilemma, my motivation began to wane.

Best Exercise to Lose Weight – Battling Belly Fat

I began to wonder just how much my genetics were affecting all the variables involved. Was there anything that could help me reasonably lose, manage, and maintain my weight and health in the long-term? That would make my efforts genuinely worthwhile?  After reading the Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) book and learning more about The Four Body Types and my Body Type Four, reality hit me as to how difficult the road ahead was that I was facing.

It was not just about how to lose belly fat or fat anywhere in my body. I had to learn how to gain proper muscle mass throughout my entire body while at the same time losing the fat. More proper muscle mass means a healthier metabolism to help keep obesity at bay.

The more knowledge I acquired, the more I understood how my body type, genetics, and hormones played into things. I became more motivated than ever. I was well aware that I still have a responsibility to myself to stay disciplined to improve my health every day. Now I know what the consequences are if I don’t stay consistent; healthcare is expensive and I, like most people, cannot afford to be unhealthy. Thus, I had to learn how to balance my body type. Could I fix my Body Type Four and become a Body Type One?

The Best Way to Burn Fat – Resistance Exercise

Four years ago, I met my husband. For a while, I maintained my best healthy weight of 120 pounds. I was still just skinny fat and not as toned as I wanted to be. My husband and I enjoyed outdoor activities together like riding bikes and hiking. On the other hand, we were known foodies with strong tendencies to overeat and drink (we like beer).  I noticed my weight starting to increase again. The cardio was no longer doing its job alone, so after some research, I incorporated more isometrics resistance (gravity) and bodyweight exercises into my routine. But still no weightlifting.

Plank ExerciseI started doing planks and wall-sits to help improve my strength and posture. This did help some as I was able to add minimal muscle mass.  As mentioned previously with my Body Type Four, all of the lumbar vertebrae and thoracic vertebrae in my spine are at least underdeveloped and unextended, if developed at all, so it was amazing to feel the difference as I slowly added more muscle mass.

Over time, I started to feel stronger and my posture was also improving! Even some of the Wall Sit Exercises. - Best Exercise to Lose Belly Fatmore obvious belly fat was starting to dissipate, but I still experienced too much skinny fat! There were days where I just couldn’t get motivated to exercise, even though I knew I had to. I began to realize that I needed to incorporate other resistance exercises like weightlifting to my exercise routine. Simply, there was no motivation for me.  Reducing body fat, properly increasing muscle mass, and metabolism go hand-in-hand. I just didn’t know how to really do any of it properly yet.

Upping the Ante

I increased resistance training in my workouts by adding lunges and squats, and later on, I started using my new baby as an object for weightlifting (considering I gained 50 pounds while being pregnant with her). It started becoming painfully obvious to me; realistically, even if I did work out 24/7, my body was probably never going to resemble Jennifer Lawrence’s body. I had too much skinny fat. Why? Genetics! And because each vertebra and corresponding muscle (and muscle mass) in my spine needs a lot of attention and work that will take a long time to develop and balance — is it even possible?  I didn’t have the confidence that I had the discipline or will to give the attention and work needed to fix my Body Type Four.

Continuing My Journey – Best Exercise to Lose Belly Fat

Six months ago, things reached a climax in my life. I had this overwhelming gut feeling (enteric brain) that if I didn’t make a change — for myself and my family — that something bad was going to happen with my health, for real. I was starting to feel lost again with how I should approach weight loss. My weight had already staggered back up to 200 pounds. With all I know now, I realize that I have to be more diligent in my life choices, in general. I have no choice but to incorporate more resistance and muscle mass building exercises into my routine. That means the dreaded weightlifting option. The nuclear option for me. But what choice do I have? My health depends on it.

While I know now that I may never achieve the body type of an A-list celebrity like Jennifer Lawrence (Body Type One – BT1), I am confident that I have a clearer understanding of how to maintain a more balanced exercise routine and lifestyle for my genetic Body Type Four.  I’m inspired now because I believe that I am genuinely capable of successfully continuing with my weight loss journey to manage my body type as best I can. I will continue to utilize all that I have learned about the best exercises for me to lose belly fat.

And who knows, maybe in time, with all the knowledge I have gained, and with better discipline, choices, and overall proper effort in relation to my posture, vertebrae, muscle mass, and skinny fat, I may even witness my body become more permanently like a Body Type One. Though I would gladly take a Body Type Two. But genetics, exercise, and lifestyle choices are only a part of the equation. I need to clean-up and balance my diet as well.

Insights from Gnosis: How to Live/Living A Healthy Lifestyle Proactively – Questions & Answers #2

How to Live a Healthy Lifestyle

Life Advice Answer #2 – Tips How to Live A Healthy, Proactive Lifestyle

Hello Jane from Massachusetts:

How to live a healthy lifestyle proactively starts with the human body’s immune system. The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is definitely a serious concern, especially for people with weakened immune systems, which is more likely in the very young and the elderly. Keeping the immune system healthy and strong is a main factor. Living a healthy life starts with keeping the gut bacteria happy.

Living a proactive, healthy lifestyle depends on how balanced and healthy your gut bacteria biome is, which begins with your diet and is strengthened by ingesting good bacteria. Good bacteria are found in fermented foods like kombucha, kefir, natto, tempeh, miso, fermented vegetables (kimchi, sauerkraut, etc.), yogurt, and the like. Maintaining a healthy weight and proper balance of muscle mass and fat is vital, and body type plays a key role in one’s ability to manage their posture as well as weight loss and gain to control things like obesity.

A balanced nutritional diet overall, which involves mostly clean, sustainable fruits and vegetables that are well-mixed with healthy meats like chicken and fish, even some red meat on occasion, is key. Remove alcohol, nicotine/tobacco, added/refined sugar, refined & processed foods, fast food, low/no nutrient/non-nutritional foods, toxic ingredients/foods, and the like in regards to your daily diet. Despite common guidelines, alcohol and sugar in moderation really means a few times a month at most. But as little as possible is best.

Of course, along with a clean diet, a solid, consistent exercise routine that is a symbiotic blend of cardio and resistance training (weightlifting and isometrics) is a main part of the equation of how to successfully live a healthy lifestyle proactively to keep the human body balanced and healthy. Avoid late nights out and inadequate amounts of sleep (7.5 to 9 or so hours is recommended), especially in the long-term. Finally, as already mentioned, body type matters.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely, Gnosis

Insights from Gnosis: How Coronavirus (COVID-19) Can Save the World from Climate Change

    Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Social Distancing

Contrary to early reports and disinformation on social media and the like, Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its’ symptoms do not discriminate whenit comes to age. Yes, the elderly and those with weakened or compromised immune systems are more susceptible. But, as more and more data and information rolls in, more and more cases of young people of all ages — including the very young/infants, teens, and 20’s — are experiencing serious symptoms and some have even died. So much remains uncertain, but like most anything in life, genetics, diet, exercise, and lifestyle will all play their role.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Prevention and Social Distancing

Social distancing is the new norm, for now, to help prevent coronavirus (COVID-19). How long will that be true? Well, that, like the very inspiring initial climate change data that has recently come in, depends on you. Each and every human being on the planet.

COVID-19 Healthcare Workers - Doctors, Nurses, Etc. If you are a healthcare worker — doctor, nurse, medical aide, tech, or personnel of any kind  — especially those on the frontlines, godspeed and may the force be with you. You are true superheroes. The amount of gratitude and respect I have for you cannot be measured in words alone.

The same goes for all critical workers including police & law enforcement, firefighters, grocery store (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Albertsons, Kroger, Harris Teeter, etc.) workers, other retail (Costco, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) workers, Shipping (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.) and online (Amazon, etc.) store workers, maintenance workers, and the like. Thank you.

If you have N95 Masks or other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) medical supplies you can donate, please do. Price gougers and criminals taking advantage of the situation in any way, may your feet be held to the full fire of the law and may karma be yours as you truly deserve it. This must be a unified human effort.

For the rest of us, the best way we can help out is to stay home and self-isolate to stop the spread of this highly contagious disease, Coronavirus (COVID-19):

    • Wear a proper face mask (fully cover nose and mouth) in public places, especially indoors, but outdoors if in groups of more than 4.
    • Take social distancing rules very seriously when you do go out for necessities and recommended exercise, meaning remain six (6) feet away from each other.
    • Wash your hands thoroughly and regularly.
    • Support your local businesses as safely and as best you can, especially restaurants and local retailers that are getting crushed by the profound economic losses they are experiencing from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
    • Stay healthy, keep active and exercise, eat a balanced, nutritious diet, boost your immunity/immune system, gut bacteria, and metabolism, and maintain your safety and sanity.

What Does the Future Hold for Humanity – Coronavirus (COVID-19) & Climate Change

We have seen a glimpse of what we humans can do to help ourselves overcome the dire threat of climate change. Is the data and COVID-19 - Evolveare the changes we are seeing destined to be temporary and fleeting, with life back to “normal”/as it was once this coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak passes? Can we learn from things quickly enough and change and evolve successfully? Does this include better global environmental policies along with appropriate consumption and population reduction to more sustainable levels? Or is this current pandemic just a taste of the doom that awaits humanity’s future?

The Over Privileged White Guy book by Walter Hego, including both the Free Version and the Advanced/Mobile Version, is a solid way to pass time and learn more about all of this if you are looking for things to do during the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown. Research Participant: What Body Type Am I?

Written By: Leigh Gardner, The Four Body Types Research Participant

I’ve stood in front of the mirror quite often, staring at my body, my shape, and figure, asking myself, “What body type am I?” I’ve tried looking for an apple shape or a pear shape, or how hormones apply, anything that really makes sense. How can I improve my physique when I don’t know where to start? Sometimes finding the real answer requires looking from a different perspective. I chose to look at my back — my vertebrae, muscle, and posture — to give me a new angle to find out what body type I really am.

What Body Type Am I? Weak Body Type Three or a Body Type Four

After chewing over all the information there is on the four body types, including reading the very interesting Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) book, the answer has been pretty clear cut for me. Denial and willful ignorance are only detrimental at this Research Participant: What Body Type Am I?point and I have to start being more honest with myself. So, what body type am I – I am a weak Body Type Three, maybe a Body Type Four. Especially in my earlier years, I watched my weight yo-yo and bounce back and forth from fat & really fat in most of my body, back to skinny fat in many areas, then back to fat & really fat again —  all of which only causes me to lose focus and faith. And, even when I have been able to consistently work on and successfully improve all my problem areas, I still remain mostly skinny fat with minimal muscle mass.

A few years back I hit the heaviest weight I have been in my life at 260 pounds. I admit it does not help that I went too many years without being active with exercise, having poor posture (spinal extension), eating a very unhealthy diet, and living an unhealthy lifestyle. But all my efforts in my earlier years to improve my body type failed, so it was hard to stay motivated. Not to mention a plethora of other issues in my personal life adding to the difficulty. Because of my short stature standing at 5’3, when I hit 260 lbs my body did look very similar to a Body Type Four as shown here. The weight that I continue to hold onto and carry negatively affects my posture, mobility, and metabolism to this day. I still greatly lack muscle mass and battle with chronic aches and pains throughout my body as well.

What Body Type Am I? Underdeveloped and Unextended Spine/Spinal Thoracic Vertebrae

Looking closely at the pictures of my back and observing where I am obviously missing muscle mass and carry the most fat, starting from about the T4 vertebra (just below Body Type Three - What Body Type Am Imy shoulder blades and a few inches above my bra strap) through T12, it shows obvious underdevelopment. It’s fair to say that there is no muscle mass around this area of my back. I have no real definition in my shoulder blades, which are soft and flabby. My shoulders are rounded and hunched. The excess fat has exacerbated my poor posture.  It is a given that I’ve had issues with back pain, particularly in this area. I feel the aches after sitting at my desk too long and I have to continue getting up every so often to stretch out so that I can be comfortable once more (and this is fleeting). I feel quite weak after performing any strenuous physical activity for a long period of time.

Even still, if I do work on improving myself through weight loss and exercise, the skinny fat would still be there. Moreover, in my experience, it is unlikely that muscle mass would increase whatsoever without help from serious, proper resistance training (What does this even mean? Weighlifting? Isometrics? Both?). Yet, I am positive that the fat would increase exponentially with no effort at all.

Underdeveloped and Unextended Spine/Spinal Lumbar Vertebrae

The lumbar vertebrae L1 through L5 (basically where that lower fold of fat rests and just above my Heather VDS - What Body Type Am Iwaistband) also seem to be unextended or at least underdeveloped. This area of my spine also makes movement and sitting for long periods of time quite difficult. I can’t stress enough the impact that all of this has had on my poor posture. These unbalances are a breeding ground for excess fat to reside throughout my back. As mentioned, I’ve suffered from significant and chronic back pain for quite a few years now due to weak core muscles (lacking muscle mass). There is no arch in my mid-to-lower back. Very little if any muscle definition in relation to my thoracic or lumbar vertebrae in general. Certainly no “dimples” as seen here. Fat is all there really is. I would love to learn how to add proper muscle mass to improve my posture.

What Body Type Am I? Where Do We Go From Here?

Thanks to Walter Hego’s OPWG book, I now have a more clear answer to the question “what body type am I?” My lack of muscle mass (throughout my body, really), along with poor posture in my back leaves a lot to be desired. I am happy to at least finally know that I am either a weak Body Type Three or a Body Type Four. From here, I can start correcting the problems mentioned. I would have never thought to look at myself in the mirror to review my back as a means to better understand my fat, obesity, and body type. Now that I have, it has given me the weight loss and skinny fat answers I have been seeking for so long.

Insights from Gnosis: Evidence the Soul is Real – Questions & Answers #1

Life Advice Question & Answer: Evidence the Soul is Real

Life Advice Answer #1 – Are Souls Real, Evidence/the Soul is Real

    Hello Anonymous in Austin, TX:

Great question, is there evidence the soul is real? Yes, there is a of lot evidence that souls and reincarnation are real, and as modern science continues to advance and develop technology, more evidence will emerge.

Unfortunately, too many people out there have closed minds and think that somehow magically not knowing something, like whether souls are real or not, that not having and/or knowing about evidence, not having and/or knowing about proof, that this somehow means that science, really we humans, know best about everything, whatever it is, and that indeed it is not real and does not exist.

But that is simply not how science works. Science does not magically know something is not real or does not exist just because evidence or proof is lacking. We know less than 10% of what is in our oceans. Does that mean that the oceans and what are in them are not real, that they do not exist? We know less than 5% of what is under the sands in Egypt. Does that mean that there is nothing there (see satellite footage of the theft/looting during the Arab Spring – why so much digging/looting if there is nothing there of any importance)?

We spend billions of dollars a year to cure cancer and for all the efforts made, we still do not really understand cancer as a whole, let alone have a cure. Does that mean that cancer really does not exist in daily life? We humans do not truly know our real history, back 100, 500, 1,000, 10,000, even 100,000 years or more.

Does that mean history did not happen? In truth, we know so very little about anything at all, we have so very little evidence of most things as our current science is not even 100 years old; it is young and immature, all things relative. So, if we use your friend’s logic, very little is real or exists. Yet, they choose to willfully ignore evidence like DMT, (Spirit/God Particle) found in the pineal gland, and apparently in all living things as well.

If it were true that souls and reincarnation are not real, then there would be evidence proving that the soul is not real. Your friend sounds too arrogant and ignorant (your words) to behave like a true scientist and take your advice to research things more in-depth, but here is a list of current evidence that the soul is indeed real, including nearly 50 years of research at the University of Virginia School of Medicine’s Division of Perceptual Studies. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Sincerely, Gnosis

Vertebrae, Muscle, Muscle Mass, and Obesity – What Is My Body Type?

Body Type One, Muscles/Muscle Mass, Obesity, Skinny Fate
SBTQ 1340 -Standard Body Type One (BT1) – Front & Back

26 Vertebrae (7 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, 1 sacrum, 1 coccyx) – as the main “loom” of the human body, the spine and vertebrae define how muscles/muscle mass is “weaved” throughout the body. When everything is genetically woven exactly as intended, you get the Body Type One (BT1). Just like the image on the left/above.

What if, on one specific human body, the muscle(s) directly relative to thoracic vertebra number three – T3 – are all underdeveloped? How would that affect posture? How would it affect metabolism? How would it affect obesity proclivity?

We know science recognizes that 1 pound of muscle mass burns 6 calories per day, but 1 pound of fat and skinny fat (cellulite, loose/saggy skin, thin fat, crepey skin, normal weight obesity) only burns 2-3 calories daily. Thus, metabolism is directly, negatively affected by underdeveloped and undeveloped muscle/mass. We also know that each individual vertebra houses specific muscles, whether fully developed, fully undeveloped, or somewhere in between, which directly, negavitely influences posture, at least.

      Body Type Four
Body Type Four – Most Vertebrae and Relative Muscles/Mass are Underdeveloped

What if, on another specific human body the cervical 1-4 muscles are all underdeveloped?  On yet another specific human body, the thoracic 5-10 vertebrae have underdeveloped muscle and mass. Further still, on another human body, nearly all the vertebrae have undeveloped muscles/mass, from at least thoracic 1 through thoracic 12, lumbar 1-5, sacrum vertebra, and the coccyx vertebra, just like the Body Type Four image to the right/below? How is the posture, no less, for all those different specific human bodies affected? How seriously would metabolism be affected in a negative way? And how does obesity correlate?

And on and on. With so many potential different body types and body shapes in relation to no less than developed or undeveloped muscles/muscle mass and each vertebra, what does all this mean? How does each individual vertebra affect the overall functioning of the human body? These are all questions Fellow One Research’s Body Type Science seeks to answer.

Scott Webb Photo - muscle mass and obesity
Body Type One – Symmetry, Grace, Beauty, Balance, Health

      BT4 - Muscle Mass & Obesity
Body Type Four – Excess Fat/Obesity/Morbidly Obese including Loose/Saggy Skin and Cellulite Due To Genetically Lacking Vertebrae and Muscles/Muscle Mass Development (No Less)

Muscles and muscle mass, especially fully developed and properly balanced, are the armor of the human body. Muscle generates heat and speed while providing strength, endurance, agility, and the like. Muscle is vital to the structure of the human body, healthy metabolism, and overall health. Moreover, muscle uses energy most efficiently and effectively, holds the energy best, and allows for withstanding pressure infinitely better than fat or skinny fat.

Fat uses energy much less efficiently and effectively, although it is a solid insulator. Fat cannot hold the energy or withstand pressure nearly as well as fully and properly developed muscle and muscle mass. Skinny fat is really no different. Becoming more obese (adding additional excess fat) may help hold the energy and withstand pressure more in the short term, but at an unacceptable cost to the health of the body.

How can all of this be more accurately quantified and qualified to truly understand what is my body type? Through our Body Type Science Research Data. The Four Body Types research focuses on vertebrae and muscles/muscle mass development and/or underdevelopment relative to diet, exercise, lifestyle, metabolism, BMR, Body Mass Index (BMI), skinny fat, obesity, and genetics/DNA, no less, to scientifically understand the human body and define body type.

      What is Celebrity Star Power?

Celebrity Star Power – The Theory of Soul Energy, Star Power, IT Factor

Because talent and presence cannot be learned, and must be sourced from somewhere or somehow, it is theorized that soul energy (in relation to Chi/Ki/Qi/Prana/Kundalini, etc.) is the accumulated energy of the specific soul over the lifetimes in which that specific soul lives. Each soul starts out Soul Energy - Celebrity Star Powerwith its own relative amount of default soul energy. Balance is the ultimate goal. Some have called balance names like enlightenment or nirvana or peace or such over the eons.

Soul energy grows and evolves over time, and lifetimes (and, thus, technically is likely a type of learning). Soul energy is more balanced if the soul does well in choosing mostly good, honest choices through lifetimes. Those good choices must be sprinkled in with just the right amount of bad, dishonest choices, which is much, much less than the good, honest choices. Old souls are people who exude deep experience, wisdom, compassion, awareness, and honesty, at the very least.

The soul can lose and devolve in soul energy — thus decreasing soul energy — the more unbalanced and dishonest it’s choices over time as it evolves through lifetimes. Just as the soul can gain and evolve in soul energy — thus increasing soul energy — the more balanced and honest its choices over time as it evolves through lifetimes. The more balanced, the more honest and genuine and powerful the soul energy and light the soul has, is, and can shine. Soul energy goes hand-in-hand with male (right brain) and female (left brain) energy along with body type and one’s ability to hold the energy (stand the heat).

Celebrity Star Power – Balance Versus Unbalance

Celebrity star power is usually more pronounced and profound the more balanced the soul/soul energy. Balance usually equates to how much honest, positive soul energy/light the soul (good soul) has and can shine relative to their specific physical state. Physical state is Celebrity Star Power - Balance in Soul Energy - IT Factordefined by The Four Body Types as well as the specific individual person’s mental and emotional states.

However, although more unlikely, it is possible for a soul’s celebrity star power to be sourced more from unbalanced, dishonest, negative soul energy/darkness (bad soul). Again, directly relative to their specific physical, mental, and emotional states. Souls with such dark soul energy, if powerful enough, can become celebrities/stars.

All that being said, it is also more likely that dishonest energy and behavior that is sown eventually catches up with the person. And genuine consequences are eventually reaped. Some call this karma. Karma is really a basic physics law, in that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed or transferred from one form of energy to another. With the ultimate goal being balance.

The Human Energy System – Celebrity Star Power (Talent, Skill, Ability) & IT Factor (Presence, Charisma, Charm, Standing the Heat)

When a soul incarnates in a human body in any given lifetime, its soul energy symbiotically functions with the human energy system. This is especially likely the more balanced the physical (body type), mental (mind), emotional (energy in motion), and spiritual (soul) bodies/states of Soul Energy Standing the Heat. - Celebrity Star Powerbeing. The human energy system involves no less than the nervous system, enteric brain/gut feeling (immunity/intuition), meridians, chakras, kundalini/chi/qi, male (masculine) & female (feminine) energy, and the like. Specific body type matters, relative to The Four Body Types.

People with a Standard Body Type One (BT1) have a higher tendency to be in a physical state of balance. This increases the probability that BT1 people can hold the energy and stand the heat (if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen) in real life better and more readily than someone in a lesser Body Type Two (BT2), Three (BT3), or Four (BT4). However, soul energy matters.

The stronger the soul energy, the stronger the star power (talent, skill, ability) and/or IT factor (presence, charisma, charm, holding the energy). Skill and ability can be learned, but talent cannot. Just as presence, charisma, charm, and being able to hold the energy are more inherent and less learned. The more robust all these variables are, the higher the likelihood that such people will have the celebrity star power to become famous. Possibly even achieving A-list star fame. Ask any experienced professional athlete recruiter or Hollywood agent and they will tell you that star power and IT factor are very real. But they cannot scientifically tell you why. One of the goals of Body Type Science is to bring forward the actual science to scientifically explain why.

Body Type Shape – Weight Loss & Skinny Fat

Post-Weight Loss Skinny Fat (Cellulite & Saggy Skin, no less) - Body Type Four (Bt4)
Body Type Four (BT4) – Successful Weight Loss with Skinny Fat (Saggy Skin, Cellulite, etc.)

Stories abound of severely fat people who lose the weight and reach their safe BMI weight range for their height. However, it turns out they have serious skinny-fat issues, experiencing cellulite, thin fat, loose skin, saggy skin, and crepey skin — many are normal weight obese. These same people have serious issues in the long term successfully keeping the extra fat weight off.

Skinny Fat - Loose Skin Before and After Weight Loss
      Loose Skin Skinny Fat

It is very hard for them not to experience the weight-loss and weight-gain roller-coaster ride that many obese people report. Like some of the patients at the Brookhaven Obesity Clinic. Yes, there are many lazy, undisciplined people who are obese.

But, what about the skinny fat people who have successfully lost and gained and then re-gained and lost the weight? No matter what they do, they simply cannot get off the obesity roller coaster ride.

What if their bodies, and other skinny fat people like them, have the same NUMBER of vertebrae and muscles as every other human body. The issue is that their body, because of genetics, lacks muscle/mass development and in place of that missing muscle/mass is skinny fat. This means they are more prone to adding excess fat mass to their body to make up for the lack of muscle/mass.

      Skinny Fat – Metabolism & Muscles/Muscle Mass

Mainstream science and medical doctors adamantly claim that once you are within safe BMI you are a Standard Body Type One. So, then, why do many severely obese people have so much skinny fat including loose/saggy skin when they lose the weight and are within safe BMI. Yet, others have much less if any at all. Where is the muscle?

Muscles/muscle mass are the backbone of metabolism. Metabolism is one of the main keys to maintaining and managing health and safe weight to keep obesity and being overweight at bay. A lack of genetically developed default muscles/mass is a detriment to metabolism because one (1) pound of muscle burns six (6) calories daily but one (1) pound of skinny fat/fat burns only two (2) to three (3) calories. Hence, why is more scientific research not being done to study how body types are different in relation to muscles/muscle mass development and skinny fat relative to obesity?

That is what The Four Body Types research is all about.

How to Know/Determine What Is My Body Type?

A lot of people ask, “How do I know/determine what is my body type?”

How does knowing the answer to what is my body type relate to soul energy and things like spiritual science (gnostic), health/natural wellness, the human energy system, meridians, chakras as well as more esoteric notions such as numerology, astrology, enneagram, the akashic record, etc.

A soul cannot be here on Earth without a human body, without incarnating in a human body. Ever wondered why human bodies can be so different? There are many different ways for a soul to care for or neglect its human body; diet, exercise, and lifestyle matter as do physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.

What makes a body balanced or unbalanced? Muscle mass, for one. Or for many human bodies, lack of muscle mass. Genetics/DNA The Influence of Soul Energy on My Body Type - How to Know/Determine What Is My Body Type?matter, but, if you are like many of us and are born in an unbalanced human body, there are many things you as a soul can do to improve your body if you are willing to do the work to achieve to balance.

Why Vertebrae, Posture & Muscle Mass are So Important In Terms of My Body Type

      1. Metabolism. Especially resting metabolism. The more a soul is lacking overall muscle mass on its human body from day one, the more probable that soul, that human body is to become obese/fat
      2. Armour. Muscle/Muscle Mass (along with Vertebrae/Posture, Bone, etc.) gives strength, support, protection, and symmetry to the human body.
      3. Holding the Energy. The more properly developed muscle/muscle mass your body has, the more of your soul energy it can properly hold. The stronger your soul energy, the stronger and more balanced and healthy your body, the better the choices you make, the more successful and at peace you are in your life.
Body Type One: All 33 spinal vertebrae fully extended and most if not all muscle mass fully developed throughout the body as a whole.
Body Type Two: 32 to 22 out of 33 spinal vertebrae fully extended and most muscle mass developed throughout the body as a whole.
Body Type Three: 21 to 11 out of 33 spinal vertebrae fully extended and muscle mass partially developed throughout the body as a whole.
Body Type Four: 10 to 0 out of 33 spinal vertebrae fully extended and muscle mass mostly undeveloped throughout the body as a whole.

How to Know/Determine What Is My Body Type? - The Four Body Types

To really be able to know how and what your body type is, one must review the research, compare The Four Body Types and take the Body Type Shape Quiz/Test (female/women and male/men).

You can also read the free basic desktop Over Privileged White Guy book to learn more about all of this. Or the OPWG Advanced/Mobile book version if you prefer to read on your phone or tablet.
